A good hotel with wonderful beaches, I have something to compare, since this is not the first time in Hurghada. There are three of them: beach A on a spit in the lagoon; beach B in the French zone and beach C, which can be called central. On beach B, you can only sunbathe and swim with children, because it is shallow, especially at low tide. Beach A is best suited for swimming - there is an excellent lagoon with calm water even in strong winds.
The staff is polite, helpful. Every morning the room was asked if there were any problems, cleaned daily.
Did not like the concept of the hotel: no water in the fridge and no shampoo in the shower (only gel, which was a good fit instead of shampoo). They answered the questions that, they say, this is only 3 * (in other three-star hotels, shampoo and water are available). But the safe in the room is free of charge, which you will not find in every "five".

Food for an amateur (after all, Arabic cuisine), but you won’t stay hungry, meat, chicken and fish were beaten daily. At the expense of animation - a complete zero: a hackneyed children's disco with a standard set of "little ducklings" type and irregular and incomprehensible shows like "Miss Hotel".
In the French zone, the animation is better, but in French. For some reason, the French have a special relationship: their own pool (in which everyone can swim) and the beach (similarly), as well as their own reception and restaurant, although 20-25 people rest.
Many Czechs, Ukrainians and Germans. Unfortunately, many Arabs behave very much like gypsies. The rooms are not bad, if something does not work - they repair it immediately with an apology.
Separately, it can be said about the tour operator Anekstur and his guide at the Ibrahim hotel: the worst operator I know. To begin with, at the airport Anekstur took 17 dollars for a visa, although nearby we bought in Arabs for 15 and without a queue. Instead of talking about the hotel, Ibrahim began to intimidate vacationers that if they didn’t take excursions from him, they wouldn’t receive insurance, and they would go back to the airport by taxi (strange, but it worked for some). We booked excursions nearby in the city at half or even three times the price of the Aneksturovsky ones.
In general, a very vast and green area, a lot of palm trees and flowers. We had a wonderful rest.
