Ужас! Horror!

The hotel is disgusting. The hotel staff is shameless. Rested in this hotel during the New Year holidays from Aneks tour. I paid for an additional New Year's Eve dinner and a New Year's show at the tour operator. The show consisted of 3 men who howled to the beat of the drums. There was a meager dinner, there was no champagne and juices. There was a regular dinner from 20:00 to 22:00, and then we were all kicked out into the street. I was alone from Russia. As it turned out, there is no New Year in Egypt. If we add to this that I did not have water in my room for 5 days. At night, they called from the reception and offered a massage or chat on the phone. I hardly found my guide in recent days to find out about the flight to Moscow. Pickup from the hotel was at 7:15 (on the day of departure), and departed at 15:00 (local time). All this time I spent at the airport waiting. We were not even offered water. It was the worst holiday ever!
