Went with my wife on August 7th in the evening. I’ll say in advance, they wanted to take the “bad” Princess, but the hotel was not confirmed and I had to take the “good” Sea Garden for 60 bucks more expensive. We drove from Anex. It was not on the list at the airport, but it was not the first time in Hurghada, they were not very upset, especially since Anex is just famous for such transfer failures. Anyway. At the reception, we were greeted normally, quickly settled in. . . Single Room. Endured. At the reception they said: I'm waiting for a gift. A gift of 10 bucks did not change the situation, they stayed in the room according to the principle with a sweet paradise and in a hut. There are a lot of local elite on the (public) beach, who strives to take pictures with white monkeys on occasion. Entering the sea is safe in principle, there are no hedgehogs, but the stones cut your legs if there are no coral slippers. FOOD. I am not picky about food and neither is my wife, but even we were struck by the scarcity and monotony of food and the almost absence of fruit. We ate at local cafes. Two days before the flight to Kyiv, water ran from the ceiling in the bathroom. Repaired and repair lasted for a couple of hours. After several attempts to invite an engineer, they came to the reception and asked to change the room. Changed quickly to an even smaller one. The worst thing awaited us at night - the conder did not work - we lived for two nights like the poorest Aswan villagers, under a fan and drank three liters of water per night. From the good: the sea, a safari to the Bedouins and a super cool water park in Makkadi Bay (a hotel, if I'm not mistaken TIA). Conclusions: I recommend not to take hotels with a small territory and a public beach, and do not go for at least the Egyptian 4 stars. Have a nice holiday everyone.
