The hotel can be called more urban than beach. Although it stands on the shore, the territory itself, like greenery, is not particularly observed. There are several palm trees, lawns that look like faded, in some places with baldness. And so everything is well-groomed, clean, albeit not very comfortable. In the hotel itself, cleanliness is also monitored in the dining room and in the rooms. The beach consists of a bay, shallow, the bottom is rocky, there are clearly few sunbeds for this hotel. On weekends, from the very early morning, you have to look for a free place both on the beach and near the pool, everything is occupied by locals who stop here for the weekend. You can, if you wish, go to the beach in the neighborhood, but naturally no one will give you just to swim, lie in another hotel. But for swimming there the conditions are more comfortable. Because of the artificial bay, the wind is not felt so much, and the fact that the territory is quite small also gives it its own, there is simply nowhere for it to roam. Knowing that it was windy in Hurghada at that time, we chose a hotel more within the city in order to walk around the markets, shops and restaurants, although the beach was also important. We chose from the "burning" ones, so I think we ended up in a pretty good place for such a price. The water in the lagoon is clean, you can swim nearby and at a greater depth, even if you didn’t look at the fish, they are not particularly here. But they swam in the warm sea in winter)). Also, in addition to the city, we went on excursions, this is also great entertainment. Even before departure, a friend advised us an excellent local company. Excellent excursions, the guide speaks excellent Russian, everything was told in detail and in an interesting way. Comfortable buses and even lunches on excursions are very tasty and varied. The hotel has only one small pool, but who will swim in it if the warm sea is nearby. From entertainment in the hotel there is only billiards and animation. The guys are trying, but my husband and I were of little interest, there was already enough to keep ourselves busy, and we are not fans of jumping and running. But in the evening we went to the club with animators several times - not bad. There are no problems with food, only there are very few fruits and fish, although we more than ate this in the city in the markets and inexpensively. The alcohol is very weak, even the beer tastes kind of watery. Apparently in a Muslim country they will not bother with this, even for tourists. Meat is mostly chicken and beef goulash (apparently), although it looks and tastes strangely different from it. Desserts are mediocre, but pastries and local bread are very tasty. You need to understand where you are going, and that the hotel is an inexpensive four, we had enough of everything. And yes, everything can be said perfectly by the numbers, maybe it just happened to us, but the furniture and cleaning were all very good. We have had a great holiday and we wish you the same.
