The hotel is a top three - as written in previous reviews, value for money. Everything would be fine, we really didn’t stay much at the hotel if it weren’t for the hotel staff - it’s accepted in the hotel that there is NO HOT WATER AND THE AIR CONDITIONER DOES NOT WORK. After the scandal in the evening, at night, in the morning, after a sleepless night spent in a room with a faulty air conditioner (the air temperature in the room even at night was above 30 degrees), after a further message in English, words - a moron, a goat,... in Russian in obviously raised tones - the number was changed, but there were problems with the toilet in the new room - the drain was repaired after 2 hours after the next scandals. As it turned out, the rest of the vacationers spend their 7-10 days without air conditioning and hot water (probably the memory of the Black Sea and our service is still fresh). In general, the hotel staff is specially trained in such a way that “we don’t understand what you are saying”, “how have you not solved the problem yet”, etc. , in addition to this, they constantly lie while supplying hotel guides.
Komyat is monotonous, but edible, there are few fruits, pastries are quite tasty. The territory is small, the sea is certainly close, but across the road. In the sea, corals are naturally all brown (almost already dead), but there are different fish, even such as in Sharm or Safaga. Everything is simple in the room, but they cleaned us well - we always leave $ 1. After taking a shower, there is always a flood on the floor, but this is in all rooms - the floor was wiped with towels. I got the impression that the hotel is for Polish pensioners who save a lot on their holidays.
In general, if you want to save money on vacation, just take another hotel (in Hurghada there are triples with normal staff, hot water and air conditioning).

We went with Pegasus - I got the impression that they only work with cheaper hotels...
