pay attention to the fact that the Germans bought it, so there is, to put it mildly, no attitude towards Russian-speaking vacationers: the porters grab things instantly, they demand at least $ 2 for their “delivery” to the room, at the reception, when they came to sign up the children for camel riding and horse, a bored employee who had previously stood and stared at us, when I called, in Russian: "good evening", instantly pretended that I was not here, picked up the phone, slowly dialed some numbers and, about 5 minutes something cheerfully chatted in his Arabic. I basically stood by the whole conversation, when it ended, the guy looked at the reception with a bored look, "pointed sharpness" at me and didn’t even ask, but nodded, they say, what do you need, what did you pin down ? ! I pretended that I was a felt boot, and asked a question that interested me. I was immediately forwarded to the next standing boy. Why couldn't it have been done right away? I was not rude, not rude, I smiled! The children were generally disappointed with the hotel from the very beginning, because upon arrival, before they decided to take the documents from us, they had to sit hungry for 3 (!!! ) hours at the reception. And this is a hotel that has so many great reviews, because of them we decided to go there! Although, this happens at every step, and if you are going to rest, and not pay attention to various attacks from the outside, you will really rest. We happily moved to the nearby Jungle Aqua Park and just enjoyed our vacation.
