I have a huge baggage of vacation stays in hotels both in Russia and abroad and there is something to compare with. We had a great rest for 8 days in moon valley, the staff is very responsive, friendly, always ready to help and solve any problems or misunderstandings, all requests performed in a very short time and even without reminders.
buffet, variety in food and a skilled chef delighted us every day with their dishes and desserts.
the territory is clean, green, there were no problems with cleaning the rooms either, and there were always TWO rolls of toilet paper in the room,

nothing was missing from the room, although money, documents and valuables lay in a conspicuous place and were not removed from the safe, two excellent beaches, the massage is simply amazing (this is what the work of a pro means). we were not very lucky with the weather, so when we returned for another 8 days to the same hotel BUT after the new year, we enjoyed all the diversity to the fullest.
