When I asked for cards for towels (two adults and a child), I only gave one, then I went down to the beach, gave a card, they asked for another one for another towel, ran back, asked for one more, they gave it. There were actually three cards, but oh well.
For two days I tried to get information from them about transfer to the airport. Neither at the stand (there was information hanging there from two weeks ago), nor in the books of tour operators, nor from an employee did I get any information. Only at 10 pm I asked them for the time.
-The hotel staff (beach, cleaning), already accustomed to the “van dollar” from tourists in Germany and Austria without money, practically do not notice you, a couple of times they gave towels with holes, sat and watched as my mother-in-law and I carried a wicker wind shield (quite heavy ), no one even thought to help.
-Food. Mostly peppered or over-salted, there was fish, meat, stuffed squid. The crabs were empty (most of them were pulled out), the mussels were empty, just shells, there was no meat in them. We sat mostly on boiled eggs with flatbread; the rest of what we took was left on the plates.
-Animation. Thank you for at least some of it, of course. The animation was imposed very aggressively. I was standing at the bar having a cocktail, a girl comes up from behind, ties a pareo to an Indian dance, no, ok, but you can warn that there are men standing behind you and they are EVALUATING your dance, then a boy comes up and says that he got zeros everywhere, well, you couldn’t don't come up to upset...
ruined my mood for the whole day. One of the animators was constantly picking on some conversations and interfering in our conversations, the manner of communication was not very polite. When we started talking with other tourists (both from Ukraine), he began to try to separate us or something, although we were just standing there talking without exaggerated tones. Unpleasant.
-BEACH. Well, this is just trash, the ebb and flow of the tides are clearly pronounced on the beach. In order to get at least chest-deep, you need to walk 100 meters along a DEAD CORAL. By the time you get there, just to wash yourself, you will fall while paddling through this shallow water. There is no coral here, there are very few fish and they are colorless. I will attach a real photo of this super beach.
-Excursions at the hotel. I ran back and forth all day looking for this man who runs excursions. A man came up once on the beach at the beginning of our vacation, but when we needed him, we couldn’t find him, we made an appointment at the reception and the man was very unhappy that he was disturbed.
As a result, in the morning I came to the reception not knowing whether I would go anywhere at all, this guy showed up, took 40 dollars, put me in a taxi and that was all. For a minute, I asked for diving, this was my first experience, I didn’t tell anyone how long it would take, where I would go specifically, or how many reefs I would take, or what I should take with me, and there was no one to ask questions. It turns out you could take your mask and freely snorkel as much as you want between scuba dives. I lost a lot just sitting on the yacht!
I have no desire to return to this hotel!

I read a lot of different reviews about the hotel. A little surprised by the extremely negative reviews. If you need a quiet pleasant stay, then you are here, if there is a disco and booze until the morning, then you don’t need it. The rooms are normal, the furniture is solid, everything worked, all the windows overlook the sea, even from the side, but you see the sea, I did not change, because there are rooms with a specific view, there is no extortion for changing the number.

Cleaning daily, white linen. Everything for the soul is there. The towels are white. I asked not to clean daily. If necessary, change towels or take toilet paper. Water was brought to the room, you could take it in the lobby bar.
The owner of the hotel is always in sight, very friendly, will always help, solve all problems.
About the restaurant - the food is wonderful, chef Ibrahim, thanks to him for everything. We were fed in addition to traditional fish, chicken and beef with various delights. Grilled crabs, kebab, pizza, freshest grilled fish, baked tongue, llama meat. Fruit is enough. The service is excellent, everyone is smiling, everyone is funny. My stay at this hotel left a very pleasant and positive impression.

Next is food. There is little variety. There was no seafood. Once hit, for dinner they gave crabs and squids. They were already taken apart in 15 minutes, as if people had been without water for a year and then they gave it... As a result, the crab was tasteless and was not even cooked. At 7:30 I went to watch on purpose and all the good places were already occupied, people just threw their things and that's it. And then - lie somewhere near the trash can. Did not like.
Nearby, on the left, was a terrible abandoned beach, a pile of garbage and bags. Well, you remove it, or cover it with something . . As if somewhere in the camp they just were, cheap. We had to clean up the cups and bags ourselves, so that this goodness would not lie under our feet.
The administration before our departure was not very nicely behaved. Before 12:00 they began to demand bracelets and a room key. They didn't care that according to the rules at 12:00 you can still pass. They urgently needed it at 10:50. At first they said that lunch is still included. After half an hour they changed their minds and said to pay $ 8 per person for lunch . . Some kind of nonsense. Let's go eat like that, because the chef (adequate man) was not opposed to us eating. As a result, the administrator came running and began to take the plates with food from us, right when we ate. It's horrible!! ! Like in some kind of army. All that interested them later was whether everything was taken out of the room or not, if nothing was stolen from the room. As if there is something to steal... A bed on wheels or something, as for the disabled... They didn’t even say goodbye normally. That's how they threw it all away. Even water was simply forbidden to take, only to pay for it.
On the 5th day, I began to itch strongly, like a dog... I don’t know from what exactly. I suppose that something is found in the rooms from living creatures... But the horror of how something bit . . This was what I was most afraid of.
I have never seen such service in my life.
