The hotel has a wonderful water park, lifeguards are on duty everywhere, upstairs they will tell you how to sit or lie down, downstairs they make sure that they leave the pools correctly and on time. True, ours still climbed over the stones of the fence, despite the sun lounger and whistles of the lifeguard laid on top of the stones for especially quick-witted ones, but the Germans - they don’t. Well, even in restaurants it is sometimes ashamed of the country in which you live. But these are ours, and the hotel itself is beautiful, a lot of sun loungers, around all the pools and in the water park, and in both children's water parks, there was always enough for everyone, circles and rugs too, some strained only with circles felt when tourists from other hotels came, they are sold tickets, moreover, at a very decent price, but everything is free for us! Even on the territory, in the area of ​ ​ ​ ​ restaurants and reception, there are various gazebos. The water is warm in the pool opposite the first two restaurants, in the children's water park, and somehow every day in an adult, then warm. then cooler, one day it was just almost hot. Well, it also depends on the weather.
By the way, it’s cool in the mornings, for breakfast in a blouse, then it’s hot somewhere from 12 to 15, you can go to the water park or the sea, and when the sun goes down. it becomes cold, for dinner already in a jacket and a jacket. The hot period is short during the day, so either at the sea or in the water park, there is no time to go there and there in one day. The sea is not cold, if you take a dip, then it’s already generally good, but it’s cold to get out because of the wind on the beach. You lie on a sunbed, it seems hot, it even bakes, and you get up - the wind. So you won’t last on the sea in January, without a water park, they were mostly there.

We didn’t go on historical excursions, we were afraid, we were on the sea, swam on the reef in masks, and in the desert: ATVs, baggts, camels, but jeeps surpassed everyone! 70 km across the Sahara in jeeps - that's where the demo version of the Paris-Dakar rally is!
Food. . . There are six restaurants! Three or four work for breakfast in the morning, all in the evening. There is everything, the food is wonderful, delicious, to your heart's content, mountains of fruit, pastries, no words! When I left, I buttoned my jacket, she shed a tear. And everywhere there are special containers, take with you from restaurants what you want and how much you need.
We went to Cleopatra Bazaar, where prices are fixed for souvenirs, it’s easier to buy there, you can walk, or you can take a beach bus and get out early, at Cleopatra, and then enter Dana Beach (we have a common beach with them), and through its territory to the beach, by the way, you can ride along the canal in Dane on a catamaran, no problem, free of charge, almost from the entrance to the beach.
We also went to Senzo Mall, this is like our Auchan, to the left of the hotel, along Leila, and even more to the left. there is a path. No problem, no one cares about you. Strawberries there are now 2 bucks per kg, but we took this with us. to Moscow, and so it was full of her at the hotel every day in all restaurants, they still took everything with them after dinner.
Separately about Tez-tour! They are great in everything, from the airport of arrival to departure, hotel, excursions, some questions, everything is without problems, always on the spot, they will always help.

The only negative impression is: evening 02.01, check-in. We approach the reception, they immediately say that the hotel is full, there are no rooms, we will put you (I was resting together with my daughter) in a quadruple room with another woman, also with a daughter, of the same age. Neither my indignation, nor money, nor persuasion helped. If the Arabs decide so, so be it. Four of us lived in room 6020 for two nights and a day between them. The room is good, by the way. On the morning of 04.01 we were settled, though they gave us good rooms 1263 and 1264, as promised, right next to the water park, with a beautiful view. They brought a bottle of wine and a plate of fruit as compensation. Promised half an hour free wi-fi, did not give. By the way, this was promised by the Russian girl Svetlana, who sits on the side of the reception, which, unlike the Arabs, does not make the most pleasant impression.
Otherwise, only pleasant and positive emotions, the hotel is magnificent, focused on families with children, there are almost more of them than adults, equally for sure, and the children are all delighted, of all ages.
The trip, the impressions were very satisfied! Sometimes I catch myself thinking that I'm going to the Jungle again, with the whole family. Who chose this hotel, go, you will not regret it, everyone has a pleasant stay!
