Excellent hotel. For the money, I expected much worse.
A huge green area smoothly flows into the territory of a neighboring hotel, where, by the way, there are good prices in stores (a sweatshirt for a seven-year-old child was still sold without bargaining for $ 18, while in the Jungle they started with 30), there is a small but rather revealing museum (with a mummy! - the trip to Luxor did not inspire the child at all, because he was waiting to see the mummy, but she was not there) and where they show the show "1000 and 1 night", which you can watch for free, and not pay $ 30, as the agency suggests. On the border of the hotels there is mini-golf (the children really liked it), chess as high as a 5-year-old child (also played), a football field, and courts.
The rooms are good, clean and big. We, probably, like everyone else, were first settled in the middle of nowhere No. 4075, but for the chocolate "Alenka", which the staff loves (everywhere they asked for our chocolates: at the reception, and in the restaurant, and in the water park! ) We were moved to a closer room to life on the second floor, which seemed to us much better compared to the first. In general, the location is not so important, there is nowhere to rush. There are two rooms in the room: one has a large double bed - the three of us slept there waddling, the second has two single beds, and in the first room one of them was even a bunk. Clean well, we left 1 dollar every day. They bring bottled water, there is enough of it. There is only liquid soap in the shower, but as a rule, we always take our shampoos with us, so this is not a problem. There is only tile on the floor in the shower, so we bathed in flip flops (take for children, as children often have only sandals). We took mosquito repellent with us, but there were no mosquitoes, but the flies pestered.

Restaurants: there are several of them, the food is more or less the same. There are two connecting restaurants (closest to reception). Probably the most successful, as they have slightly different food. in one they bake tortillas for breakfast and pizza for lunch, in the other they make grilled vegetables. Fruits and vegetables are the same, but cakes are completely different. You can sit in the middle and enjoy food from both restaurants. In general, the food is good and one might even say varied. There was nothing outright disgusting looking or inedible. Standard fresh vegetables, fruits - melon, oranges, apples, strawberries, tangerines, dates, avocados. Of course, everywhere there are french fries, where without it. Very tasty stewed vegetables, meat, fish (without bones). Good buffet, I saw a hundred times worse in a 5 * hotel in Makadi Bay, where you could only eat scrambled eggs and pasta. The Asian restaurant (near the Spa) is very modest in terms of food. And this is not just our opinion.
Water park: very cool for both adults and children, warm, lots of sun loungers, a cafe nearby (ice cream, cocktails, drinks). The kids loved it 100%. There were tourists from other hotels, but there were enough sunbeds, there were no queues for the slides. There is also a second children's water park - also quite good, warm, the children liked it even more.
Go to the beach for 15-20 minutes on foot or take a bus from the hotel for 5 minutes. Buses run every half hour. On the beach you need to take a towel, there is no point of issue. But there is a bar from our hotel where you can drink tea, coffee, etc. The sea is very cold. Those who swam with scuba gear say that it is warmer away from the coast. We were on the beach once, somehow did not want to do it again.
Near the hotel there is a Senzo shopping center with shops and a supermarket. Someone bought mangoes there - very ripe, delicious. There is nothing special to buy in shops.
On the way to the beach there is a whole street of shops with local goods and souvenirs. The prices there are lower than in Hurghada, you can bargain well, but it's better to walk in a "crowd", so it's easier to get rid of them.
The hotel staff is quite accommodating. We didn't have any problems. Asked to change room, changed quickly. The safe broke, they fixed it. Two towels were not reported, three pieces were brought on a call in 5 minutes.
The only problem is that the staff enters the room almost without knocking. One knock and the door is already open. You won't even be able to put something on yourself. Once they came in at night without knocking, I had to bark. So, it would be nice if there was a chain. That is why I was somehow calmer on the second floor. At the first, it seemed to me all night that someone would come in through the glass doors.

Animation: was she there? Maybe there was, but we didn’t notice it : ) There were some fat, ugly girls-aunts, bawling Mini-disco, but my child wouldn’t even fit into such. Our friends went to a disco in the reception building a couple of times - in the morning they looked very pleased.
In general, the hotel is great. For us, the main thing is that the children liked the hotel. They ask to go there again. Water park, mini golf, strawberries and ice cream did the trick.
Highly recommend to families with children.
