Замечательный отдых!!! Wonderful vacation!!!

We chose the hotel based on the reviews, so I decided to write, maybe it will help someone. This is our first vacation trip. We went with Tez Tur, meeting, organization of excursions, departure - everything is wonderful, everything is excellent, clearly organized, well done.
Check-in: we arrived in the evening, we were two families, for good rooms (they were located so that the reception, restaurants and the water park were all nearby), each family paid $ 20 and another $ 10 for being settled nearby. The rooms, of course, were very good, but I think if they don’t pay and they give rooms a little further, then it’s okay, everything is functionally located on the territory of the hotel, each group of bungalows has its own swimming pool, I think it won’t be an extra 50 meters to walk to restaurants labor.
Housekeeping: the first time they didn’t leave a tip, but the room was cleaned very well, they made a heart with swans out of towels, they liked it, then they left $ 1 each, and the room was always perfectly tidied, there was enough water in the refrigerator, towels were replaced, even if they didn’t throw on the floor (although the rules that hang there say that towels are changed if they are left on the floor)

Restaurants: there are 6 of them, all work for breakfast, lunch, dinner, one more for a late dinner, apparently for those who check in late. It is clear that "there are no comrades for the taste and color", therefore it is pointless to advise some, they may not be very strong, but they differ from each other, we visited all of them, chose one for ourselves and always went there. Food for some may seem varied, for some it’s the other way around, but do not forget that all restaurants work to feed the residents, so you shouldn’t find fault, you definitely won’t stay hungry. There are also bars where you can always have something to eat.
Water park: amazing! we traveled with children of 10-12 years old, they rolled "to the point of nausea", we ourselves, as children, tried almost all the slides (which we had the courage to do), if you follow the rules that exist in the water park, then you will roll yourself and give it to others.
Beach: sandy, there are a few stones at the entrance to the water, but if you take a little to the left, we didn’t need the purest coral sand there, you can, of course, go further, there is a pier, you can dive, but we swam on the beach, there are living creatures near the shore there isn't any. There is a bus to the beach, but it didn’t bother, they didn’t wait long, they drove for five minutes at a speed of 30 km per hour, there is a bar on the beach where they always cooked something.
Animation Entertainment: the hotel is designed for families.
Staff: they love children very much, they are always attentive and courteous, they don’t ask for tips, but if you give them, they will thank you, we got during the Muslim holiday of Ramadan, when they can’t eat and drink from sunrise to sunset, and despite this, the service was at a height, although it was clear that it was difficult for them. You don't have to feel like "slave owners", be friendly and you will see that they are trying with might and main to please you so that you feel comfortable.
In general, we really liked it, we will be happy to return to this hotel, and who travels with children, you can’t imagine better. Of course, shortcomings, if desired, can be found everywhere, but if you relax and just relax, and not dig into the details, then the rest will succeed.
