We chose this hotel because of the water park and a good beach, after looking at a bunch of reviews. The price also played a role, it was very pleasant. We haven't been to Egypt for a long time, we decided to refresh our impressions. We flew with a large group of 12 people.
Arrived at 7.20 am, at 9 were at the hotel. Immediately put on bracelets and sent to breakfast. At 10.00 we were already settled in rooms, there were enough chocolates for 5 rooms to be nearby. We are very grateful for this, since the territory is huge, the Internet is not very fast and it would be more difficult to find each other. The rooms got 4211-4217 quite far from the reception, restaurants and the water park, in the heat I didn’t want to go for coffee and ice cream once again. A big plus is the pool for several bungalows, it saved in the heat between trips to the sea.
The sea was already warm, the sunset was gentle, sandy, we did without corals), although for 3 days at a temperature of 32 it was not possible to swim due to the cold strong wind. In general, the sea exceeded expectations, although there was no live reef and an abundance of fish, but we were more attached to comfortable swimming. The bus to the beach ran every 30 minutes from 8.30 to 17.00, the 2nd line was not annoying.

Now for the cons. The quality of service in restaurants leaves much to be desired. Nobody is in a hurry. Guests can stand in line with plates while the chef chats with colleagues or talks on the phone, they don’t make preparations, that is, they will take a couple of people to eat, and the rest of the queue is waiting for the next portion to be prepared, again for a couple of people. I don’t know what parents feed the children, of which there are a lot in the hotel, but the food is poor. We were not hungry, our company was picky, but the disappointment was huge, probably we had not visited Egypt for a long time. There are really 4-5 restaurants, but everything is monotonous and small, every trip is a quest with a plate. The air conditioners in the halls did not always work. In general, the food area is probably the only big minus of the hotel.
Rooms, although old, but large, everything worked well; cleaned, however, weakly, but we came not to find fault and sit in the room, so there are no complaints.
Very close to Senzo Mall. We went there for fruit (there was nothing in the restaurant except oranges, cut apples and dates, I saw agave a couple of times). We also went to Hurghada to the fish market for shrimp. Very tasty and inexpensive.
The water park was not impressive. The slides don't all work. There are not enough boats, you have to wait until someone rolls.
My sister had a birthday. There was a cake as a compliment from the hotel, but you had to ask for congratulations in advance.
Summing up, the hotel deserves its 4, but do not want to return here. I recommend the hotel management to work with the staff who work in restaurants, 80% of them do not want to work and treat guests extremely disrespectfully.
