From the first time they gave a house on 52, second floor, by the road, telling the hotel worker that we won’t check in, he just ran away from us, we were tired with a child in our arms and went through the floor on the territory of the hotel, and it is not small, at the reception, after unpleasant conversations, they simply threw a card with the second house at 42, and they didn’t take money, as a result, the house turned out to be even further and worse than the first, with 2 single beds, 3 times I had to swear, cry wife, because they expected quite such an attitude, call the tour, demand a hotel manager, and after they called back from the tour they finally gave a normal house as they are in the photo, it was for 3, spacious with access to the pool
