We rested in this hotel from April 25 to May 4.2 adults and 2 children 6 and 7 years old. I want to say right away that if you are going to Egypt overseas, then this hotel is not for you. Maybe many people write that it didn’t bother them to ride the bus to the sea, but this is not so. Agree, it is much easier to go out, roam the territory and you are at sea. And here you have to not only walk around the territory, still wait for the bus, get into it, but then really, it’s not far to go. It is possible, if desired, to walk on foot - 15-20 minutes, but in the heat it is somehow not a thrill. So keep that in mind. We went to the beach in the morning until we got rid of it, and in the afternoon we were in the water park. If you wish, you can also dine on the beach, they also offer snacks from 12 o'clock. The beach is large, there is really enough space for everyone. But the water is muddy, if you want to see something, you have to go to the pantone or walk along the spit, which is on the left. If you are relaxing with children, then the entry into the sea is good, the sand, special shoes are not required.
Host Teztur. There were no overlays, hitches, they work smoothly, clearly. At the airport, they offer to buy a visa from them for $17, while they warn that you can buy it right there in the bank for $15. Many took, we refused and went and bought right there in the bank without queues. In any case, there is nowhere to hurry, because if you do not have an individual transfer, but a group one, in any case, you will have to wait for everyone. The whole procedure of customs control, baggage claim took about 40 minutes. The hotel is not far from the airport (when resting in this hotel, planes will fly over you every 15 minutes, you get used to it quickly, so they don’t really interfere with your rest) to go for about 15 minutes. The guide on the bus handed out lottery tickets, like 3 of them will win prizes (some excursions), the whole lottery is that the next day they just posted the numbers of the winning tickets on the Teztura booth, but no one knows exactly what they won : )).
We were also settled fairly quickly. Knowledgeable people immediately invested money in the passport. But I would not advise you to rush into this. It is better to first go and see what number they will offer, and then ask for another if something does not suit you. They easily agree to change rooms, if there are free ones, they have a special relationship with those who came with Teztur, Teztur rules there. We did not pay money, we were given the number 3065, when the hotel worker escorted us to our room, led us through such nooks and crannies that we were horrified at first, while asking for a tip of 1 dollar. To be honest, we didn’t understand why we had to give him money, he just escorted us to the room (things were brought to us in a little car later, after 15 minutes). I immediately wanted to change my number. We walked around the hotel, found the rooms, the location of which would suit us and went to the reception, but, unfortunately, they were all occupied. we were offered other rooms numbered 1 and 2,

but having descended, having looked, we decided to stay in ours and subsequently did not regret it. Found our pluses in the location of our room. (it was quiet in the evening, there were few people walking through our rooms and close to the children's water park, playground). On the first evening, walking around the hotel, it seemed to us that there were only Germans in the hotel, little Russian speech was heard, but by the first of May the Germans gradually began to leave and by our departure we did not see them at all. There were a lot of Russians, Czechs, Poles, etc. Our guide said that by May 9, the Germans are trying to leave the hotel : ))
The next day, as usual, there was a meeting with a guide, the main purpose of which was to sell excursions, although this is also not unimportant. We went on 2 excursions. This is a children's program "White Sun of the Desert" - riding quad bikes, baggies, camels, visiting a Bedouin village. Very interesting and not boring. And we went to the submarine, the child was delighted, to be honest, I expected more.
We saw a lot of fish, sunken ships, jugs, chests, etc. But since the rest for the child, he liked it, then the money was not spent in vain : )) The organization of excursions is also good, I liked everything. As a gift, we were given a ticket to show 1001 and one night at the nearby hotel "Leila", but do not listen to the guides, if you wish, you can get to this show for free, no one will ask you for any tickets. Just come to the territory of this hotel in the evening, no one will even stop you and go to the show, it starts at 21.30. Very interesting.
About the hotel: the territory is huge, the water park is amazing, there were no problems with circles and rugs for skiing, there were practically no queues either (2-3 people). The most extreme slide is blue (in the form of a leaf), having swept on it once, I didn’t feel like it anymore, it’s very scary. All the other slides are normal, some are steep, and there are calm ones, on which it’s not scary to ride a child. The water in the water park does not seem cold,
what can not be said about the rest of the pools in the hotel. You touch the water - you don’t want to go in, but if you decide to climb in, then you don’t want to get out.

The hotel has 5 restaurants, the food is about the same in all. Only the Asian restaurant differs, by the way, there is a separate children's table, so you can go to this restaurant with children. All 5 restaurants work only for dinner, 2-3 restaurants work for breakfast and lunch. In the evening, fish or meat are always fried on coals near some restaurant. Delicious. Always a wide variety of fruits (melons, watermelons, oranges, peaches, bananas, apples, grapefruits). Each restaurant has disposable tableware so that you can take your food to go, which is very convenient. During the day, pizza is baked in bars, hamburgers and french fries are made. Juices are poured in packages.
The bar at the reception makes very tasty coffee, I advise everyone.
The staff is very friendly, attentive,
never had any bad situations. Very friendly with children. The rooms are cleaned normally, if you don’t really find fault, we personally didn’t care, we are not picky, as long as there was no sand under our feet : )). They even refused cleaning several times, so the cleaner directly begged us to let him tidy up our room. Water in the bar, in the room is put every day according to the number of people. By the end of the holiday, we already had so much water that there was nowhere to put it, so the cleaner put it on the shelf for us. It is also very convenient that the room has a safe, it is free. We also liked the room very much. We had one large bed and 2 single beds for children. The rooms match those in the photos. Very comfortable, everything is new, lcd. TV, 3 Russian channels.
Many write about flies and mosquitoes, they did not bother us, of course, we saw a few flies, but not to say that they pestered us very much : )). Nobody crawled on the floor in the room either.

About shops: in all shops you need to bargain, in the hotel, of course, they practically do not bargain, only if when buying papyri. But in the malls (on the way to the beach) you can bargain for a very good price. They have very high quality and good cotton products. In Yolki-Palki, prices are very high, do not be lazy, go further, in small shops there is the same product and at completely different prices. The sellers are of course sticky, but not arrogant, no one grabs their hands. There is also a large shopping center "Sezno" like Mega in Moscow. The prices are the same, you can't find anything particularly cheap there. Products are also the same as ours with the same prices. I advise many to go to Hurghada on Sheroton Street (sorry if I wrote it wrong) a taxi costs no more than 5 dollars. There, they say, everything is very cheap, but I personally have not been. The guide said that you can go there calmly, without fear of anything, the police are around and in general, when you walk along this street,
It feels like you are in Russia. : ))
In general, we were satisfied with the rest and the hotel, because we saw the happy faces of our children, who were delighted with the rest. So, you can safely go to this hotel with children, you can’t imagine the best.
Sorry if the story is not quite logical and structured, I just wrote in one breath, everything that came to mind : ))
