Went with my husband and 10 year old son. Upon arrival, seeing the airport and the surrounding area, we were shocked, everything is so unkempt and meager... But only 15 minutes and we are already at the hotel - it's like an oasis in the desert!! ! They really didn’t want to check us in right away, they said that we had to wait 14-00. They gave us bracelets and offered us something to eat before check-in. Later, sitting at the tables of a cafe (terribly tired, since it was already a day on the way), they learned from Russian-speaking tourists that $ 5-10 would solve the problem of settling in an instant, and they did so and after 30 minutes were in the room. They settled us in a bungalow on the second floor, which later turned out to be a plus, because my husband and I often sat on the balcony-terrace in the evening (on the first floor there was just an unenclosed exit with two chairs and a table). The number on a solid 4, the repairman was made to see a very long time and few people were worried about the quality of the repair. But everything you need - a shower with hot water, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a plasma on the wall (1 channel in Russian "Russia 24"), quite comfortable large beds, all this was present and was in good order. The hotel area is just huge! Very green, do not believe that there is no greenery in Egypt!! ! A variety of flowering trees, palm trees, a huge number of shrubs - in a word, very cozy! The water park is just a fairy tale, the water in all the pools of the water park is heated, very comfortable, the slides all worked, there was practically no queue, the bar in the water park offered cold beer and various cocktails. True, here with sun loungers it was necessary to look a little. But here the problem is different - in the morning many tourists occupied sun loungers near several pools at once, including the water park, but they themselves could not appear for the whole day... (ay-yay-yay) !! ! Food: the hotel seems to have 7 restaurants, all have a variety of food and every day the chefs managed to surprise with something !! ! Everything was fresh, tasty and varied - you definitely won’t stay hungry! Special thanks to the animators, they didn’t impose on everyone, but those who wished could go to morning yoga, aqua aerobics, oriental dances, play volleyball in the pool, after dinner there were also step aerobics and all kinds of competitions. In general, I recommend the hotel!
