It's nicer to write positive reviews. And a lot of good things can be said about this hotel, but this has already been done on the tour operator's website and in the reviews of those people who sincerely liked the rest. I want to pay more attention to the negative aspects that we encountered during the holiday, so that they do not come as a surprise to you and are taken into account when making a decision.

In order to pay tribute to the hotel staff, who do their job honestly and well, I still consider it necessary to list the advantages of the hotel once again: it is a large, beautiful and well-groomed territory, very friendly and helpful staff, good food, fresh rooms, high-quality cleaning.

Now for the disadvantages.
The absence of the sea. This is a well-known fact about this hotel and before the trip, many people know about the features of the coastline, but not to a depth of 200 meters, as some say.

Go to a depth of 600 meters in shallow water, the last 150 meters of them are waist-deep in water, sometimes overcoming low thickets of yellow algae. In general, I have never reached the depth ...some extreme swimmers swim to the left of the hotel in the bay, opposite the abandoned hotel, but the water is muddy there, the shore is rather dirty (bags, plastic glasses, bottles, ice cream wrappers), also in yachts are parked in the lagoon, which do not improve the ecology of this place ...in short, for an amateur ...

In the sea, about 150 meters from the shore, we stumbled upon a sea snake.
I swam a meter away from my wife with a small child. The snake is poisonous. At the hotel, no one warns about this when they told the staff - they began to convince us that it was a moray eel, but on the Internet there are a lot of videos with sea snakes in Hurghada, by which we confidently identified it. Therefore, be more careful in the sea, look under your feet, it is better to take children in your arms when you walk in shallow water.
They also discovered a very unpleasant moment: they categorically refuse to let children and adults with crosses on water slides. They demand to remove the cross. As a result, the rest passed for us without slides. All arguments from our side were ignored. This is the first time I've encountered this...
Separately, I note that so scrupulously on the territory of the hotel they do not monitor compliance with all the rules. Most vacationers behave
in the usual way: going to the dining room in shorts and beach shoes, diving into pools from the sides, riding down water slides in massive watches and jewelry bracelets, slowly dragging food from bars and restaurants into the room ...
This is prohibited by the hotel rules, but the staff practically does not react to these situations in any way, there is a clear feeling that the administration, not wanting to create a lot of conflict situations, turns a blind eye to violations of those rules that are violated by most vacationers on a regular basis, and in some situations that arise not so often - they show ostentatious adherence to principles.
This approach does not inspire respect ...


In general, the staff is very well trained, but on the territory of the hotel you will repeatedly run into employees of the SPA, beauty salon and affiliated seller of excursions, who will offer you their services rather intrusively. My personal best - 5 times I repeated "thank you, no need" before I was left alone. One day, one lady, who actively offers spa services, began to say quite sharply to my wife and I why we didn’t answer “Hello! ” to her “Hello! ” And immediately said “No, thanks! ”.
In general, be extremely polite, even if you are disturbed with such an offer for the 3rd time in the morning!

Additional pleasures in the form of a la carte restaurants, saunas, games for children on the Playstation - all for extra. fee. There are no one-time free visits. After the usual Turkish all inclusive, this hurts the eye a little ...

Regarding Tagil, the situation is generally favorable. For 12 days I saw only 3 manifestations. Most amused was the company of 3 men who were sitting at the pool bar, listening to the chanson from the radio they brought with them, cleaning the roach, pounding it on the table, and discussing the activities of a certain Sasha the crook, while swearing so that they could blush, probably even truckers...All this vividly reminded me of the atmosphere of a summer cafe near any of the metro stations, in the evening on the outskirts of Moscow : -)

Some of the pools are heated, but despite the absence of extreme heat, heating was turned off in all on April 22.
Both children and adults after that practically did not swim in the pools. The temperature was far from comfortable. Thus, in our case, we spent the last 3 days of rest in a hotel without a sea, without slides and without pools : -).

Bottom line: Objectively, for Egypt, the hotel is not bad, and even despite the above-described jambs, we can say that the rest was not spoiled. After all, a change of scenery in itself is already a vacation : -). But I don't want to go back to this hotel. I will say
more, for myself, I decided not to consider any more of the hotels of this chain.
