So dirty in the rooms. I was there and fought and understood. I myself am an atelier, but I have never seen such horror. I called the tour operator, she did not affect anything. Upon arrival, I immediately realized that we had not arrived at the place where we booked the tour. They just sold us a tour at the price of 5k to a shabby 3k. The hotel is being reconstructed. I was upgraded to a superior room for $220, although I sort of originally took this room. This is not a restaurant, but just a diner.
It's not 5k, it's not even 3k. It's a nightmare, I just didn't have a worse holiday.

There, in this shopping center, you can buy everything, clothes, shoes, everything for the sea, food, sweets, prices are fixed, normal. They took packaged juices, very tasty, they didn’t give them at the hotel)). Like it or not, but in the hotel trips are still more expensive. A friend recently vacationed in Ali Baba with her children, she was happy with her vacation, she said that even though Jasmine is closed, you can walk around the territory, the pool and bars work, they also rested on the beach Jasmine. The territory of the hotel is clean, beautiful landscaping. Big enough. The beach has soft sand. There were no problems with places, we always found where you can lie in the sun. There was wind and waves on the sea almost every day. And the cleanliness of the sea was not very. There wasn't much variety in the food. Pasta was cooked every day, fish and chicken were occasionally served. There were not always sweets. There were fresh vegetables, yoghurts. But even with such a monotonous menu, we did not leave hungry. . Alcoholic drinks are of poor quality, and it looks like they are diluted. For three dollars you can drink delicious juice. Service in restaurants is bad. There is clearly not enough staff, there are a lot of orders, but the waiters simply do not have time. Therefore, orders were made for a long time. Several had to remove the dirty dishes from the table in order to quickly sit down at it, it seems that the staff simply does not see you or does not want to see you. Later, for lunch and dinner, we began to go to Alfredo's restaurant (it's Italian). There were many visitors during lunch, but there were places for everyone. In addition to various soups and pastas, you could treat yourself to delicious pizza and french fries, fresh vegetables were offered every day. Here, the restaurant staff managed to do everything, and clean and cover, serve orders on time. It really does feel like you're in a restaurant. The waiters are friendly, always smiling, joking a lot. In general, a pleasant environment. And after that you can already drink delicious tea and eat fruit in the main restaurant. We went to dinner at the restaurant "Oriental" (it has oriental cuisine), the chefs prepare grilled dishes, the service is normal, the choice of food is modest. Waiters also ask for tips. If you like beer, it's better to bring your own glasses, as small glasses are poured into them. Glass glasses are poured only to those who will sit at the bar. Animation is weak. Russian-speaking vacationers were about 20 percent. Mostly German tourists. The waiters were more disposed towards them, this could not be overlooked in the main restaurant. As always, we went on an excursion to Luxor, well, we have such a tradition, if to Egypt, then to Luxor or Cairo, and always cheaper - with the Saif Tour company. We book from home via the Internet, and upon arrival we simply confirm. The trip, as always, left a very strong impression. We may still go to Egypt to rest, but obviously it will not be soon, and we will think about whether to stay at this hotel or not.

But for cleaning the room - claims, towels, yes, they changed, they brought water, but to wash, sweep, this happiness happened only 2 times in 10 days, although at first they left a tip. Ants sometimes appeared when they forgot to turn on the fumigator (we took it with us) and the territory was processed 2 times a day, so there is no big problem with ants. I really liked the territory - a lot of greenery, there is a playground for children, the monkeys are very cool))) Wonderful access to the sea, but look carefully - we were near the shore, on the sand, we caught 2 sea urchins, they were barely noticeable! Claims are not only for cleaning rooms. One very big minus for me is dirty dishes!! ! You will sort through half the pile until you find a non-greasy plate !! ! The food is so-so, for 3, but you won't die of hunger.....Again, the OBSTACY OF THE STAFF and the merchants on the territory of the hotel were simply infuriated. The bartenders from the bar on the street, near the lobby, were also shocked!!! ! We had 12 glasses of beer and gas on a table for 6 people. water (2 per person - I didn’t want to run 10 times) - seeing this, the bartender ran up and shouting that it was a lot, he began to take the glasses. I must say right away that it was in the evening, we didn’t have drunk people !!! ! And yet, beer from water is not much different!
