I chose a hotel for my wife with children based on reviews. Plus the price was good.
They got to the hotel quite late in the evening (~ 22:00), the wife with two small children was settled in a room in which hot water was turned off and there was no light. The room is in a terrible state (see photo). Plus the room was on the opposite side of the reception. It didn’t work out with a few calls - she had to go and figure it out with the children in her arms at night. If in this way they try to beg for $ 10 for settling in a normal room, this is not humane and I don’t even want to comment. The next day after my calls and letters to the operator, the number was changed.
In general, the hotel is very average, the food is tolerable. The beach is nice, wide and sandy. Pros: Heated pool. This time of year is relevant.
In no case do I recommend going there, such an attitude towards guests is unacceptable. Why does the hotel have a high rating in reviews? Because instead of direct duties, animator girls pester guests with a request to leave a positive review on this and other major sites.
