We had a family holiday with children of eight and ten years old. When choosing a hotel, first of all, they paid attention to the sandy beach and convenient entry into the sea, and they were also interested in good service, I didn’t want to feel like beggars in the hotel, unfortunately there was such an experience. Check in was quick, we had two standards side by side. The rooms are not bad, everything worked properly, the air conditioner was not turned on, they cleaned or rather refreshed the room every day. The food at the hotel is very personal. There was always something to choose from, all the dishes that were standard for Egypt, there was enough meat for my husband, some desserts were really tasty, there was always something to feed the children, we don’t drink alcohol, so there’s nothing to say. The beach is nearby, I liked the entry into the water, it is convenient, but very shallow, at low tide the view is generally not very pleasing, but for families with small children this is a plus. There are no living reefs here and the fish are mostly a trifle, they didn’t see anything interesting. For this, you need to go to the open sea. We went to Utopia and Paradise Island twice with stops in places where there are super reefs, and from the historical trip we chose Luxor. The agency where the tours were bought was found by chance, while walking along the Sheroton in the city, opposite the Bella Vista hotel on the third floor of the seven tours, so you can look at the cami-tour. I really liked the service at the hotel, polite and tidy guys work, they understand Russian in the lobby, there were no problems with the staff. The territory of the hotel is clean and well-groomed, there is perhaps not much greenery, but for Egypt it will go, they look after the pools, they clean it every evening. The animation is standard, if you are active on your own, you will find something to do, there are games and various exercises on the water, in the evening there is a show, it is especially interesting when someone is invited. About the connection, I’ll say that we always take a local SIM card, it can be at the airport, it can be in the city center, in my opinion there is no difference in price, and if there is, it’s not significant. I can really recommend the hotel, the vacationers on our arrival were decent and respectable, there are not so many Russian speakers, so you can safely fly here.
