I used to compare this hotel with Mashrabiya all the time. Khorpalas is considered the first line. But sometimes it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the beach from the room. In some hotels of the second line, it is closer to go. In Mashrabiya, the beach is 2 minutes farthest. The area is large and green. In Mashrabiya it is small, but also very green. I liked the beach in Mashrabiya better - there are large umbrellas and adjustable sunbeds. Khor Palace has a huge beach. But abandoned. Umbrellas are far from the water. The sand is not pleasant. Umbrellas are small, sunbeds are disgusting, you can only lie down, they are not regulated. The water is leaving. The first day I was upset, to the knee-deep buoys, what should I do on the children's beach? Then I saw that all our people swim behind the buoys wherever they want. And she began to swim. The issue was resolved. Only no one is watching. Rescue of drowning people by drowning people. I have my own requirements for a hotel when traveling on vacation - this is proximity to the sea from the room, a good beach, a good entrance to the sea and the ability to swim. The rooms and the restaurant are of secondary importance to me. So the rooms are normal for me, the balconies are large with sofas overlooking the green alleys, but the sea is not visible. Only with some rooms on the 3rd floor you can see the sea. Hairdryer for some reason not in all rooms. I got a room without a hair dryer. For a safe at the reception they demand 4 dollars a week. The restaurant is normal. They weren't hungry. From meat - chicken, fish and meat to choose from every day. But there was no fruit at all. Only melons and watermelons. A big minus for the hotel is that water is provided only in disposable glasses. And they don’t even let this dose be poured into a bottle. And those who went to all inclusive, were forced to buy water for the hotel in the room for the evening, night, brush their teeth. I don’t know how it is now, but in Mashrabiya there was bottled water, and it was left in the rooms. Tip - in Hurghada hotels along this coastline from Mashrabiya to Khorpalas, buy half board. We solve the water issue. Lots of shops under the hotel. Water 7 liter bottle costs one dollar. Take a kettle from home and tea. Or buy in Hurghada. By the way, stealing tea or coffee in the morning will not work in a restaurant, waiters pour from teapots. There is no animation there. Make up your own entertainment. People walk outside the hotel. We went to Mashrabiya, went to visit, there is animation. Most of all I liked the vacationers. The people are good, it was with whom to create companies and have a good rest, not noticing the shortcomings of the hotel. My vacation was a success.
