Traveled as a family with a 9 year old. This is the first time in this hotel, so it will not work to compare before and after the renovation. After a short wait, we were settled in our room on the first line. I advise you initially when booking a tour to pay attention to which line your number is located on, so that later you don’t cut to the beach across the road. I can definitely say that this hotel is perfect for couples, people who like to spend the whole day marinating on the beach, and just lovers of a calm and measured rest.
Room and territory
The room has a safe, air conditioning, furniture in good condition, shower cosmetics and tea/coffee/water replenished daily. The room was clean, cleaned well. A dollar or a bar of chocolate was left as a tip. So in addition to cleaning, we got swans from towels. The territory is small and this is its charm! Very cozy, green and well-groomed, gardeners do their job at the highest level! You don't need to go far, the pool and the sea are nearby.

Beach
Firstly, this is a lagoon, where there is no talk of any waves, secondly, a very pleasant sandy entry, and, thirdly, there is no living creature here at all. So lovers of looking at fish are definitely not here (well, either get excursions that include diving or snorkeling). We ordered Utopia through camitourcom on insta, it was just super and we saw fish with corals and generally had a great day on the yacht, it’s not at all expensive for the money, there is a discount for a child. Further along the beach of the hotel, what I didn’t like was the eternal problems with sunbeds, which are sorely lacking. You will have to come to the beach at 6 am to get a seat. But even in spite of this, we are quite satisfied with the beach.
Nutrition
This hotel is not doing well. Standard menu: yoghurts, pastries, fruits (there were quite a lot of them), vegetables and salads, meat, fish, several types of side dishes... Surprise - they will not surprise you, but they will not leave you hungry either. Although the pastries and desserts are quite tasty! The hotel also has two a la carte restaurants: a seafood restaurant and an Italian one. We were only in the first one, everything was very tasty and the service was good.
Animation and staff
There is animation, they offer participation in all ongoing events, there would be a desire to participate. There are also evening shows, but we didn’t go, and we heard that there wasn’t much to catch there. The staff are great fellows, friendly and responsive, no complaints to anyone, everything is correct and not intrusive.
In general, the hotel is clearly worth paying attention to, we didn’t regret that we chose it.
