Only one disappointed, when we rented a room at 12.00, our bracelets were cut off, we asked them not to cut them off. we arrived in the evening and we still want to use the services of the bar and dinner, we were told that there would be no problems, but when we asked at the bar to make americano, we were told it was not allowed without a bracelet, of course we invited a Russian-speaking guy and he, after talking with the bartender, served us, but more we didn't ask for anything. The territory of the hotel itself is also good, swimming pool, jacuzzi, spa, restaurants, hookahs, there is a bar, billiards, terraces, sofas, a chandelier at the entrance in the form of a dolphin deserves special attention. Cuisine, food - just gorgeous. Everything is offered - first, second, salads, snacks, cheeses, meat, fish, grill (even crab was served once), sweets, desserts, amazingly soft buns, various drinks. You show what you want - the staff puts it on your plate. We just got home and already miss the food.
The staff is very friendly and smiling. They will always help everyone, they will even bake a cake and congratulate you if one of you has a birthday.
Everyone liked it very much!
But there are a couple of small recommendations for guests
1 - Check-in takes place only from 12 o'clock, so either plan to arrive closer to this time, or go straight to the beach. Otherwise you will have to wait/sleep on the couch for hours. Food is also not included until you get your room.
2 - Better not skip breakfast and dinner. You will of course be given rations instead, only there will be only dry buns.
3 - There are a lot of locals on the beach (albeit friendly) who offer diving, safari, massage, etc. If you have already taken it from your travel agency, or just do not want to be touched, then there is a life hack - hang a red sign on your umbrella. We did not know this, and on the first day almost everyone approached us, and it is very difficult to politely get rid of them.

Here, you, tired after a night flight, will not even be fed and the bracelets will be put on only after 11. Before that, they will also add bags with dry rations to your hand luggage (inside water, rolls with a minimal filling of spicy chickpeas, a couple of sweet buns and unripe bananas with apples), and sent to toil on sofas for 3-4 hours, depending on what time you were lucky enough to get to the hotel from the airport. At the same time, it doesn’t matter at all whether you are with or without children, with small or older ones - regularly on the way to breakfast on the sofas near the restaurant and in the lobby you see the same picture of the exhausted Hilton guests waiting.
But first about the good. The sea here is wonderful: the bottom is soft sand, the depth is enough to swim for pleasure, in the distance there is a very atmospheric place where waves beat against stones. True, there are no fish here, snorkeling will not work, except to take a boat trip. The beach is constantly walking sticky, offering tours or spas. And even if you hang a red flag on your umbrella, they will find you on the way to the sea, or to a bar, or at the exit from the beach, or in any of the pools. Hiding from them is unrealistic, by the way, in most cases it is also almost impossible to understand. Well, they also do not own politeness or tact. For some reason, locals consider it normal to poke my daughter with a finger, or even bend down, touch my toes and say Hi! In other places, I have not seen such liberties. Smiles, communication, but everything is at a distance. There is something to compare with, we are in Egypt for the 3rd time, we have also been in Turkey 3 times, we have also been in several hotels in Europe, but I don’t even try to compare with them.
Food. Varied and delicious. There is chicken, fish, seafood, beef, duck, turkey, quail, soups, salads, sweets, various side dishes. Once there were crabs, constantly - squids in different forms. True, basically everything is in sauces, even scrambled eggs and pasta immediately come with additives. It's ok for adults, not so much for kids. Our children are used to adding only cheese to pasta, and scrambled eggs without anything at all. But that won't work here. The children's menu offers french fries and sometimes burgers. At the other end of the restaurant - vegetables, fruits. By the way, for the first time we encountered the fact that the main dishes and snacks are not duplicated on different sides of the restaurant, and you have to walk from one end of the hall to the other, or refuse salads, vegetables, fruits and pancakes in the morning.
The hotel and grounds are very nice and stylish. Spacious, with fresh flowers inside and green, with palm trees, flowers and flowering trees outside. The renovation is brand new, with shiny tiles, clean toilets, comfortable sofas, glass railings overlooking the sea. Cleaning is a little lame: elevators and glass showcases are either not cleaned at all, or once a week. All are divorced. In the corridors, stains from spilled coffee do not disappear for several days, in the dining room there are sticky tables on distributions. On the territory of the sunbeds are brand new plastic and well-worn wooden ones, but on wheels. Near the children's pool there are few sunbeds, but there was always enough, unlike umbrellas. On the beach, sun loungers can only be taken in the morning, otherwise everything is already taken. Moreover, almost all sunbeds are occupied by people, and not just towels. But you can always sit on the far sunbeds, sofas, or go sunbathing to the stones.
A very strong wind blows throughout the territory, and there is no protection. As a result, there is a normal phenomenon - flying napkins and empty glasses.
Pools. There are 2 of them plus a children's area. In the children's area there are interesting slides, there are fountains, there is no excess water, a bucket that pours out. There are squirt guns, but they're broken and don't look like they're going to be fixed. In any case, we were always here after breakfast and until 11 o'clock, because in the rest of the pools and on the sea the water is too cold in the morning. And here there is no depth, so she has time to warm up a bit. In addition, children are constantly on the move, do not have time to freeze. I did not understand the presence of ashtrays near the children's pool, fortunately, none of the parents smoked. And so, I would not want to poison myself with cigarette smoke here.
The Dolphin pool does not warm up at all, you can only sunbathe there. Well, or swim for 10 minutes, until the lips turn blue. Near it there is a jacuzzi, useless because of the very cold water. But it was done very beautifully: water flows down from the jacuzzi like a waterfall, there is a path of round islands, and on the other side there is a bridge and fountains. You can take beautiful photos. And yes, the photos are great!
The main pool is upstairs with a bar. There are different zones there: for children and adults, the depth varies. Separately, a deep part is fenced with buoys, where you can swim. The water is a little warmer than in Dolphin, so you won’t swim for a long time, except perhaps in the heat. But here you need to be careful not to burn. My son's shoulders were badly burned, to the point of blisters, but he was forbidden to swim in the pool in a T-shirt. If you want to swim - only in swimming trunks, and it doesn't matter what you have there with your shoulders. But this rule is only for non-natives. The locals do what they want, they are served everywhere without a queue, they also chat in their own for 10 minutes, while everyone else is waiting. The jacuzzi by the main pool is allowed after 12 years, no drinks.
Drinks here are more or less, as for Egypt. Juices from packages, not yuppies, are poured from large bottles in the morning like fresh juices of guava, apple, orange.
Number. I don't even know how to describe it. Outwardly, everything is beautiful. Safe, refrigerator, terrace, 2 washbasins, bathtub and shower, 2 beds of 1m20cm each (I don't know how they can be considered double beds), and a pull-out sofa with a loudly rustling mattress in a film. One shower in the floor, but the water there does not drain to the end, it stands in a puddle. We used the shower once and continued to use the shower in the bathroom. No problem there. The ceiling in the bathroom, as in ordinary 4-rooms, is covered in black spots. But the saddest thing is their technical problems. We rested here for 9 nights, during this time:
the air conditioning system was turned off twice at night (after one such night, my daughter got a heat stroke and vomited all morning),
one day the wifi was completely gone, and the staff actively tried to convince us that the problem was in our gadgets, instead of promptly starting to fix their failure. There was no Internet from 5 pm until 11 the next day. Our son is studying at an online school, and my husband needs to always be in touch with work issues. Saved by roaming.
The light constantly turned off when the card was inserted into the slot. We were offered to change the room on the last day at 16:00, when we had to enjoy the last one and a half hours at sea. Instead, we were supposed to be packing and moving to another room. Looked like a mockery. And before that, every day, or even several times a day, their electrician came to us to restart the machine in the hatch on the ceiling. The first time we waited for him for more than 2 hours, then every time he clicked every switch, turned on every outlet and left. The next day it all happened again. In fact, it’s quite tiring, from the middle of the vacation I began to be afraid to insert the card into the slot, you never know, it will still shock. But no one has ever untwisted the slot itself, did not check the contacts there, nothing. And this despite the fact that we didn’t even turn on the air conditioner, because. the temperature in the hotel is very low, so we were seriously freezing.
We left the hotel at night. The guide ordered an alarm clock service for us, but, fortunately, I did not count on them and started my own. And it’s good, otherwise we would have overslept - no one called us, didn’t try to wake us up. Lunch boxes were stacked in the hall: juice, rolls, apple, banana, water. We packed at the moment when some of the tourists had already left for the bus that had arrived, and some were waiting for their packages. Moreover, they did not consider how much they should give, and the tourists themselves asked, “give more”, and they gave them with great displeasure. I took 3 instead of 4, there was no time, and I didn’t want to beg these rolls from them. Then they simply divided the contents among themselves.
As a result, the hotel is built well, beautifully, the sea is comfortable for swimming. The pools are too cold in September, the food is tasty, but the general organization and attitude of the staff spoil the whole impression. If we go to Egypt again, then definitely not here.

I didn’t notice any special queues in the restaurant - sometimes 7-8 people stand for drinks, but it quickly resolves. Food - you won't go hungry. Everything is imposed by the kitchen employee, you just show what you want. There is no usual buffet when you take whatever you want. I don’t advise you to have breakfast on the street - a whole gang of crows is operating, which immediately pounce on the portion left on the table as soon as you move away for another dish or drink. Either one guards and drives away the crows, or you will be left without breakfast. In short, you need to either guard or run fast. Lunch and dinner are not critical, there is no such invasion.
Beach towels on the card at the beach or pool. Sauna and hookah are closed. There is a gym - a requirement in sports shoes. There is nothing special to see on the beach, this is not Charm. I saw a couple of families of sea urchins and a few fish in the center of the bay. The mask is completely useless. The beach is protected by a breakwater, there are no waves in the wind and swimming is comfortable. Entry into the sea is comfortable, gentle descent. The beach is sandy. The water is transparent. The sun is available, hard - use a burn cream and if it has already happened, then a cream after burns (we always take Panthenol with us). Sunbeds on the beach in sufficient quantity, there are always free. There are, of course, individuals who take their places with towels and then do not come, but there were few of them in our race. If you do not want local barkers to come up to you on the beach - hang a red scarf on the mushroom - you can ask the beach boy for it.
The whole hotel is air-conditioned - even sometimes too much, sometimes very cold. Including in the dining room and corridors. Grandfather Frost probably works for them in this department - he catches up with the cold where it is necessary or not. I liked the hotel, the food is recommended. Addition: as it turned out, the hotel does not post information about the departure - it is necessary to clarify this information with your hotel guide a day before departure. Pay attention to this, there are no lists at the reception as in other hotels.
Also on the night of 08/26/21 at 02-00 o'clock in the morning a siren howled in the room and in the hotel and an alarm and evacuation was announced by a female voice in English. People began to run out of the rooms, to find out what happened - at the reception they answered that it was a Test !! ! At two in the morning!! ! Hotel full of kids!! ! In the morning at the reception they answered that it was a system error.

The beach is sand, the water is clean, the entry into the sea is gentle. Sunbeds need to be booked in advance. I came to the sea to exercise at 6.30, so I had no problems with sunbeds. By 9 o'clock almost everything is taken. Whoever sleeps for a long time will look for free sunbeds for a long time.
Number - everything is beautiful in the room, plasma, there is an ironing board, iron. large bed, sea view. There is no mirror at the table (I had to put a cabinet near the mirror at the entrance), water flowed into the room from the shower. But I just threw in a big towel and didn't sweat it. The room had a kettle, lipton tea, Nestle coffee, water + provided shampoo, hair balm, body cream (excellent in quality).
Food - long lines for food. Until you pick up salad, soup, etc. Everything cools down and eat cold. For drinks, incl. and wine, beer and no longer wanted to stand. It was very annoying... The food is ordinary... I don’t focus on food... but the big minus for me is the lack of greenery. Meat, fish, chickens, duck. . . I didn't like the taste of anything)) not only bad, but also did not cause delight. Everything else is the same as everywhere else. The crabs were such that you can just look at them)) there is nothing in the paws. Sometimes there were squids.
Entertainment - Pilates on the beach in the morning, Zumba on the beach at 12.00, some games on the beach, yoga at 16.00, children's animation in the evening, and then some kind of concert. There are no complaints about the animators, well done.
In general, the hotel is good, if not for the queues for food. The hotel management simply does not want to organize normal access for people to food). In advance, you can at least pour wine into glasses, put cakes in plates, etc. Ignores requests for this reason. It feels like they do it on purpose. Save on food

All rooms with sea view. Cleaning every day. The rooms are bright, beautiful, comfortable, there is only a dryer for clothes.
All this is good, but... We got to the Muslim holiday Eid al-Adha and it started!! ! We were stupidly ignored by waiters, bartenders, etc. They ran around their own like scalded ones, but nobody needs us stupidly. Muslims are inundated! For five days we had to constantly swear with the staff so that we were served normally. Thanks to manager Emily for cleaning up the mess. As soon as the Egyptians parted, everything immediately improved.
I also want to write about breakfast. Breakfast is monotonous, the choice is very poor. From Hilton it would be desirable to expect the best. There are almost no fruits. Give a piece of watermelon, melon and apple. Where is Egypt? Where are the mangoes, bananas, pineapples, etc. We will eat apples at home! We advise management to pay special attention to this.
In general, we are satisfied with the trip. Special thanks to Dashuna, a girl animator from Vinnitsa. She didn't let us get bored. Young lady, very active and pleasant in communication.
