I decided to write, maybe it will be useful for someone. . .
1. The hotel itself is normal. Convenient infrastructure. The rooms are huge, the furniture is normal, the beds are huge, everything works. The location is not very. . . The city center is 15 km away. On a minibus 2 pounds per person, on a taxi 15-20 pounds. The nearest shopping center SenzoMol is 1 km away. By minibus 1 pound, taxi 5 pounds.
2. Service. . . It probably depends on the owner. . . No one is particularly tense. Room cleaning - cleaned every 3 days. For 10 days, only the pillowcases were changed once. Towels were changed twice, and their number was constantly decreasing. Toilet paper in 10 days brought 1 roll (I don’t even know how to relate to this... ) Canteen - sometimes it was not realistic to wait for drinks from the waiters, and they were not particularly poured in the bar. Like: go, wait, they will bring it now. Cleaning the territory - too, no one bothered too much. Garbage lay under the bushes for 3 days. No one cut the narrow branches and bushes either. There was an impression that the entire staff was just too lazy to strain especially.

3. Food. As everywhere in Egypt. The selection is pretty normal. Grill every day.
4. Beach. He is big. But at 8 am, all the sunbeds are already occupied with towels and things. By the pool too. And people on them during the day, a maximum of 30 percent. Moreover, the majority of Germans, Poles, Serbs in the hotel... There is almost no sea. Rather, it is at best during the tide knee-deep. For children it's ok. Who likes to swim - obviously not in this hotel. Neither the beach nor the sea was especially clean. Towels are issued at one point for both the sea and the pool. It is almost impossible to change them... and at 3 o'clock in the afternoon they are completely gone. 2 days before our departure, the towels were renewed by 20 percent. It was a sensation. Those that were - these are not towels, these are washed rags.
5. Attitude. Even for the money of the Germans and Poles, no one really ran after them...
We rested together. This is not the first time in Egypt. In Hurghada too. I speak English well.
In short, frankly, it's a pity that a pretty decent hotel is kept like that. I’m not pretentious enough, I didn’t spoil my vacation, but I won’t return to this hotel...
If you have any questions I'm ready to answer.
