All appliances worked, etc. The quality of cleaning suited me, but what impressed me the most was the flower petals on the bed every day and all kinds of shapes!!! ! That is, not standard swans, but hearts, elephants, crocodiles, flowers, and all this is covered with living flower petals. And 1 dollar. sometimes forgot to put. 10 points out of 5 for this! Who writes that the inattentive staff at the reception - I would not say they smile, they solve all issues. In restaurants, bars - they are also friendly, well, maybe 1-2 times with a sour mine they poured a second glass of wine.... But as far as food is concerned.....I was always indignant when people write in reviews that they got bored with food in 3-4 days, it was monotonous, etc. That is, they didn’t get bored at home in a year, but got bored in 3 days...... And I can’t stand the phrase *you won’t stay hungry*. On vacation, I would like to be not just NOT hungry, but to enjoy food. So, here this phrase came to my mind more than once - I didn’t stay hungry !! ! Everything is in order only with breakfast, nothing interesting for lunch. That is, I cannot say that there was a fish if it was the tails of a mackerel or some other fish. What is always standard everywhere is chicken-turkey stew with vegetables - even this was not there. That is, after eating boiled cauliflower, I did not feel hungry. As for desserts, we called it jelly of different colors, and the color is different, but there is no taste in all options. For dinner, it was still difficult to choose something from desserts. I am not a snob or a glutton and did not expect marbled veal and foie gras. But a year ago we were also in 4 stars. Either watered. events have affected and so everywhere, or - I do not know. But I don’t understand why they put 5 on nutrition ?? ? Several types of beets and carrots for dinner, sausages!!! ! - and it gets a rating of 5 ? The territory, as they wrote, is beautiful, clean (they wash the asphalt with soapy water). The animation was during the day at all the pools and in the evening of the performance, for winter and for Egypt it is absolutely decent! And the worst thing, I don’t know if this can be directly attributed to the description of the hotel, but still I think it is possible. On the last night at a disco in Topaz, a camera was stolen from us from a small bag, and the bag remained, they pulled it out! There was a fight between the tourists, at that time we went down to the bar on the 1st floor. There were no security or guards there. Maybe that's why, I don't know.
