Dear vacationers!!! ! I would like to warn you against staying in this hotel! How much I was indifferent to the reviews, but I can’t help but leave, hoping that at least you won’t have such a spoiled vacation as I had with my small child !!!
We rested from August 9 to August 16 (now we are glad that not longer).
1. Flight:
The FLY company leaves much to be desired (the worst charter, well, there was still Yamal from the same "opera")
2. Transfer - everything is ok (of course)
3. The most important thing in a holiday in Egypt is the Hotel (pools, beach)!!!
We have never seen a more terrible hole, and I hope we will never see it. Many wrote that it used to be good, some guys were here 3 years ago, it was great, but now the change of owners and just Horror! Now everyone (absolutely everyone!!! ) was in a wild shock!!!
Terrible dirt, rudeness, very (Very!!! ) old rooms and all torn, dirty linen. Nowhere to move you!
Water is either there or not. The light was turned off in the evenings for 15-20 minutes every day several times and we plunged into complete darkness (((! ! Probably the generators can’t cope (((draw your conclusions! Well, at least the ceiling didn’t collapse on anyone. Everything is in disrepair. Nobody is watching anything.
Staff - Service is zero (the only thing is that we had a normal cleaning, but that's just us! ). The rudeness is terrible, the food is lying around, the dishes are dirty, the glasses seem to have been gnawed. Dishes are never even at the beginning of dinner. More precisely, this is not even dinner, just rotten meat.
Everyone pestered: from the cleaners to the rest of the staff. Ugly jokes, yes you, "fuck you" "fuck you" and so on! They touch the child with their hands, push, constantly put it in place!!!!
The most terrible (probably one of the most): The hotel is simply teeming with ARABs and their families !! ! They are terrible dirt, they swim in their mantles (there is no ban like in other hotels). My child from small to old grandfather was kicked, shoved at every opportunity!!!
Dear Slavs and not only, if you dream of Kishlak and a dirty swamp in which your Children will be drowned and kicked, then go there!!!!!
