When I was going to go, I read the reviews before leaving and was not very pleased.
On this I will write comments on some of the reviews.
When I arrived, everything negative that is written here is complete nonsense. The food is excellent, the territory is large and green, the fact that there is a heated pool in January is a huge plus. True, the animation of the balls is 3, the standard entertainment is aerobics, volleyball, maybe there was something else, but I didn’t see it. Although animation just didn’t interest me personally, except for volleyball.
By the way, the territory is really big, I just found out that there was a disco there.
The food is excellent, but if you sit there for 20 days, then of course you will get bored. Service, cleaning - no complaints. Unless I didn’t know that you need to leave a tip for cleaning, then they tried to clean me up at half past eight in the morning, then at two or three days, but I hung up not to disturb, and no one touched me.

In the reviews I read that there is a person at the reception who knows Russian, then I did not see this, no one understood us, but there is a guide or knowledge of English, so this is also not a problem.
The room was also excellent, all the doors worked, everything closed (except the chain on the door was broken), I didn’t see an ant (as some write), there were two Russian channels on TV, the rest were Arabic, French, Polish and German.
They settled us even earlier than two, I think it was ten hours. There were no problems with accommodation.
Regarding alcohol, if someone goes there to drink, then naturally stock up in duty free.
I also read in the reviews that the staff is impudent, it's not the staff, but all the Arabs are like that, go to any hotel or just go on a tour and the question of impudence will immediately disappear.
In general, the conclusion is this - I went on excursions, talked with people from other hotels, then Desert Rose can be attributed to the top five (among five-star, 5+ I don’t know what it was, I didn’t communicate).
