Disgusting hotel!! ! I rested in El Samaka Desert from 10/22/10 to 11/01/10. I have not seen the worst service, although I have been vacationing in Egypt since 1997. On the forum I met bad reviews about this hotel, but they all concerned the same food, I was ready that everything in a 3 * hotel is not as good as in a 4 * hotel , but what I observed for 10 days horrified me. Razgeldyaystvo and theft of staff goes beyond all conceivable limits. In the dining room, the dishes are not removed from the tables, and the tables are not wiped, there is a separate song about the dishes - they are simply not enough, I had to take a cup, a bowl of soup and a spoon with me to the room, so that I could use them later, the available dishes all dirty and greasy, beaten, chipped, sheer wretchedness. With all-inclusive meals, all vacationers had to stand in line for a bag of tea and, upon receipt, sign, putting their number and last name, the same applies to all drinks.
Alcohol was diluted, not only that, the staff constantly tried to sell a bottle of stolen rum from under the floor for $ 15. Beer was poured into such small plastic cups that there was only enough space for foam, but the foam was thick. In the rooms, everything that can not work, did not work, including from the air conditioner to the drain in the toilet bowl, the water in the shower was a little warm. The type of bed linen and towels I will not describe, relying on your imagination, the impression that they have been used since the reign of the pharaohs. The rooms are infested with mosquitoes and the management has never made an attempt to clean the rooms from mosquitoes. In general, the impression was that the staff was in a state of constant "high", they walked like samnambuls, not reacting to anything. I don’t know why the tour operator positions this hotel as 3 *, I personally saw a sign with 2 *, it’s a pity that I didn’t take a picture.
