Stayed as a family of 2 adults and 2 children. Settled with a surcharge of $ 20 in a good room in the 6th building on the 3rd floor. View of the pools and playground. A big plus is the non-sunny side. The territory is large, well-groomed, beautiful. In the middle of the river with a boat to the sea. Beautiful fish swim in the river. The sea is just wonderful, on the one hand a very shallow lagoon, super for children, and on the other hand a little deeper, great for adults. The water is very clean and warm. If you go further into the sea about 300-400 meters, you can swim on coral islands. Beautiful!
And now the cons... the food is about nothing. The only seafood is squid: fried, stewed, baked, like on what day. From fruits - guava, oranges, bananas, dates. 2 times there were strawberries, once - kiwi. Regarding service, I would like to note separately the attitude towards Ukrainians and Russians. Very unfriendly, to say the least. Of the entire staff, I can mention the waiter of the Asian restaurant Ahmed Ali, the bartender at Piano Piano, the cook of one at Castello and that's all. All the rest look with contempt and serve grudgingly. Unpleasant (((the difference in attitude towards the Germans is especially visible.
