First, I would like to say about the meeting: having unloaded the suitcase from the bus, we went to the reception, in the course of talking with the employees, it became clear that none of them spoke Russian, or maybe they were pretending to be, because after filling out the question arrival cards, when they give the number, no one could clearly answer. But immediately there was a person who offered to solve our problem for a day. As it turned out later, in order to get a normal number, you need to pay an additional 20-40 US dollars, this is what they put on stream.
They offered this not in the form of encouragement, but in the form of extortion, which naturally did not like the way it was all said, and I categorically refused to pay extra for the room, then we were apparently provided with a pre-prepared room for such a case without a balcony, but a small the window overlooked a farm building overlooking the roof with old buckets and brooms lying there, while they explained to us that this was a standard room. The suitcase standing on the street could not be delivered to the room for an hour, they said that there were no porters, although he was the only one left there, so we had to deliver the suitcase to the room ourselves, and they didn’t even lead us to the room, and we had to wander around the territory about hours to find a room where they should live (and the territory of the hotel is not small!!! ).

The attitude towards the Russians on the part of the administration and the hotel staff is unimportant, maybe this is because 90-95% of the Germans in the hotel, although they had already rested in the Albatros system this year, there was nothing like this in another hotel. And the Germans themselves are very friendly people, they always say hello and smile, and we respond to them as well.
Here is one example of the attitude towards Russians: Early in the morning, an elderly woman stood behind scrambled eggs, she is from Yekaterinburg, she came to rest with her daughter and granddaughter, she held three plates in her hands. The animation at the hotel is only in German, in principle it is not visible if you do not “look closely”, it is bad for children, because there are Russian children, and no one speaks Russian in the mini club.
The food is good, varied, so that's a definite plus.
I liked the sea much more than in other seasons, warmer and more affectionate, as well as the weather, the sun warmed, but did not burn, what was needed. Although we were present at a historical event - it rained one of the days, though a little and only 5 minutes, but given that this is a rare event there, so the day went down in history)))
We had a very late flight, we extended the room, but this was not enough, so there is no left-luggage office for this case, you can just throw things at the reception (you can have a suitcase - it is closed, but those bags that do not close? ??? ), on this account we were told that you carry with you, as you imagine, around the territory with 2-3 bags - nonsense, we have not seen this in any hotel.

Wim air flew back - this is a quiet horror, the trough even looks better, the plane seemed to have been hit in the tail and nothing was fixed, it was scary to fly, but thank God everything is fine.
Note: We must be persistent, we managed to be moved the next day to a normal room with a balcony and a normal view without any additional payments, although the conversation with the head of the Reception, as he introduced himself as Teimur, took place in raised tones in the presence of our guide from Teztur, he told us helped translate everything we said, and then after 2 days he was removed (maybe a coincidence).
