Good afternoon to everyone who is going on the road. As, in principle, many of you, before deciding on a hotel and resort, I read reviews and recommendations from tourists (and did the right thing). Firstly, it makes it possible to avoid, due to inexperience, many mistakes, and secondly, to have at least some idea about the country, city and people.
I will be extremely short.
- The hotel is very, very large, which makes it possible to relax even with a very small child, one gets the impression that there really are no people. Super!!!
We only meet at the restaurant.
When you check in, be sure to invest 10 bucks in order to immediately put you in a good room. We arrived at 23-40, submitted our passports and documents with the money invested, smiled sweetly and were immediately given a wonderful room (3314.3310 - double and triple). The best numbers start with 3, i. e. 3111.3221, 3321, etc.
- The beach is extraordinary. When choosing a hotel, it was important for me: the reef is for my husband, and the sand is for my daughter. This hotel has both. Moreover, the reef is even more beautiful and richer than in the open sea, where we were taken for a 6-hour trip with swimming in the open sea. Many do not know that in Hurghada the wind period starts from December and ends at the end of March. With such winds, you need to be extremely careful with the Egyptian sun, because. you don't feel the heat. We arrived on March 29 (and burned down) when there was wind, and left on April 5, when there was no wind anymore.
- Service. The rooms were not cleaned well. They made the bed and threw out the rubbish. I didn't see anyone dusting or sweeping. This is a minus of the hotel.
- Restaurant. Big, beautiful, air conditioned. Excellent service staff. The restaurant has two halls, one closed, and the second through, where it is great to dine by candlelight. We sat at a large table for 6 people. arrived with a company, near the exit from one hall to another. This stoilika was served by a wonderful guy, sweet, charming Aymen, and if you still leave 1 dollar, it will be just super.
- Food. I liked everything. Breakfast is varied: fruits and vegetables and salads and omelettes and mashed potatoes and cheeses and pastries (this is a separate issue), feta, hot chocolate, natural yogurt and a lot of delicious things.
Lunch is excellent. Nobody left hungry. Meat was given, chickens were given, the fish was (mostly grilled) vegetables and fruits: bananas, oranges, dates, passion fruit...
- Drinking. Bullshit. If you are a connoisseur and an esthete, then I think that there is nothing normal except for a gin and tonic. The wine is empty, there is not even a hint of a bouquet, vodka is disgusting, they have it with anise, and of course all the cocktails are free too.
- Separately, I want to warn all Russians and Ukrainians (I'm from Kyiv): in bars near the pool and on the beach, preference is given to foreigners. (for the Germans, who are more than half in this hotel, Italians and Poles).
Unfortunately, our people have proven themselves that way. Be nice, not arrogant, which many allow themselves in relation to the Arabs, treat the inhabitants of this country with respect.
