We bought a tour from the tour operator "Proland": cruise on the Nile, excursions Cairo + Alexandria, Hurghada for a week. The real extreme began with the first steps from the airport in Hurghada.
"Proland" did not pay for our vacation to the host "Inter Africa Travel" (4 vouchers). And this is on the condition that we did not take "hot" vouchers, but paid for the vouchers at full cost more than a month before departure!! ! They refused not only to accommodate us in a hotel, but also to provide a transfer from the airport to the hotel!!! ! The trial took almost half a day! The mood was ruined!! ! + spent a lot of $$ on mobile calls. And only after our appeal to the international tourist support service we were settled in the hotel. No apology, no concern about our location from "Proland" or "Inter Africa Travel" we did not wait, and even after returning home!!!!
The formation of the excursion program was terrible.

The "all inclusive" system from "Proland" and "Inter Africa Travel" is designed only for pumping out extra $$ from vacationers from the first step in Egypt. I especially “liked” the payment for excursions, which were included in the price of the tour according to the program (eg: surcharge for a 3-hour excursion to Kom Ombo is $ 80 / person)!!!!!
On the 5th day of our trip, we were put outside for half a day with our things!!! ! Can you imagine what it's like to sit on suitcases under the sun when it's +35 in the shade!!! ! And all just because of the fact that someone did not agree on time for transport and our accommodation before moving.

The train from Aswan to Cairo deserves urgent scrapping!! ! We were placed in terribly dirty compartments (2-seater, “similar to the SV type”, for which we had to pay an additional $ 60 per person) and with tattered seats, broken locks, etc.
In general, the type of construction of the excursion program is an indescribable "show" for pumping money.
N-r: the program included visits to the papyrus museum, perfume factory, stone factory, gold factory, etc. In fact, these were fake shops of local hucksters, prices in which are several orders of magnitude higher than in shops 1.5 meters from them !! ! Accompanying guides to these shops clearly showed that they do it not without% !!!
The only thing that was great was the hotel in Hurghada (we chose the hotel without taking into account the advice of tour operators, but according to the photos and reviews of those who had already rested there) - Coral Beach Rotana Resort. True, on the same advice from those who rested in it, we settled on the third tier, otherwise the same would have been a “surprise”. The beach is very large, clean, sun loungers and umbrellas are always enough for everyone. + they have 2 artificial islands and their own coral reef (we dived with fins and masks - the experience is indescribable!! ! )
Additionally, we took an excursion from the hotel to Jerusalem for 1 day by air ($ 360). Fine!! ! We visited all the most sacred places.
Tip: you need to take a tour, like we did on Thursday, because excursions on Sundays are very short (in all churches there are big services on Sundays and there is simply no physical possibility to go to the shrines even with a guide).
