The hotel is excellent, I liked it. The food is excellent, but there is no normal beach, as it is very shallow, like everywhere else, to go far, but there is no pier; There are better beaches in Hurghada. The hotel area is excellent, the programs are good, but they need to make their own pier so that you can swim with dignity, and not go to neighboring beaches. We often go in winter, there are pools there, but they are all unheated, so, of course, I would like a normal beach as an alternative to pools, because you can’t swim in them in this hotel in winter. It takes 30-40 minutes to go to Hurghada, and there is nothing near the hotel itself. Service at the hotel suited us, they have good restaurants. Everything is good in this hotel, except for the lack of a pier, as I already wrote.
