I would like to write briefly about the hotel for those who are planning a holiday in Egypt. Traveled with my husband in early July. Many people write about drunken compatriots, we haven’t seen a single drunk during the whole vacation, no one cursed at the whole beach, etc. All very decent, adequate people rested, many families with children, young people, by the way, were also adequate. The period of our rest fell on the time before Ramadan, so the hotel was simply filled with the families of the Egyptians themselves, who came off and ate themselves before fasting. By the end of the holiday, I got the impression that there are more of them than Russians, and they scream louder than Russians, and they eat more Russians))) Now about the hotel itself, the territory is class, but it is difficult to find a shadow. When you walk to the beach, which is 10-15 minutes, you have to walk in the sun. I advise you to take this into account for those who do not like to walk for a long time. We thought that the hotel is 500 meters away, which means that the sea is a 5-minute walk, but it turned out not so, the territory is large, the paths are ornate, maybe we just didn’t find a shortcut. Who plans to go to the beach on a taf-tuff, I will also say that it is unlikely to succeed. It runs every 45 minutes, but starts from the Club Golden five hotel, and in this Club it fills up to capacity. There were enough sun loungers near the pool, in the water park, and on the beach, especially they were released after dinner. Now about the Egyptians themselves. The vendors on site are rather lethargic compared to the vendors we met during our excursions to Luxor and Dendera. The latter grabbed us and did not get rid of us under any circumstances, they tried to be rude and play dirty tricks. The hotel sellers after that seemed to us very calm and nice people))) The staff is also calm, polite, loves to joke, but without much love for Russians, it is felt that the smiles are false. The infrastructure of the hotel is really interesting, we walked around the vast territory, several bars, swimming pools, water park. You definitely won't get bored during the day. But the evening is a separate issue. There is such a feature in Hurghada that it is already dark there at 19.00 in the evening, no one is swimming in the sea at that time. They are kicked out of the pools at 18.00 and powder is poured into it. For some reason, the theater never worked, you need to look for entertainment yourself. You can go to the Piano Bar to sing karaoke, you can play billiards and table tennis (for a fee), you can sign up for Ala Carte restaurants, we went to 4 out of 8 (mixed Food Court, Russian, Italian, Egyptian), I liked the mixed one the most, because it had a show, the Egyptians performed, turned on the audience and was fun. In other restaurants there was no show, they came, ate and left, and the food was not much different from the food of the main restaurants. In Russian there was an excellent borsch, in Italian, of course, lasagna and pasta (pizza is disgusting), in Egyptian, I was most pleased with the chicken kebab, which was fried in front of us. Regarding the food of the main restaurant - no complaints, tasty, varied, plentiful. Never got poisoned. They followed the advice: they did not drink local water and did not rinse their mouths with it. Fruit in the main restaurant is not very much, every day was grapefruit, melon, apples, oranges, dates, bananas. Several times there was a watermelon. Baking is beyond praise. The meat was, don't worry meat lovers. There are not many meat dishes, but 2-3 types for each meal are present. Out of curiosity, we went to other hotels of the chain, dined 1 time in Diamonde and in Almaz. For breakfast, lunch, dinner, other hotels are allowed in the last half hour before the end of the meal. But we did not see the point of such trips, the food is about the same as in the main Paradise restaurant. The singing fountain was also entertaining. Nice and colorful. For party-goers, a disco, foam parties, fakir shows, etc. In this regard, everything is fine. For children, pools, small slides, children's towns and a kids club are made. Adult animation is monotonous, according to one scenario: oriental dances, club dances, aqua aerobics, etc. The water park is good, slides for every taste, both slower and faster, no one cut anything for themselves, only they erased their elbows, but they themselves are to blame, they need them do not exhibit)))) In conclusion, I will say that the hotel is normal, a little worn out, but you can relax there quite well.
