Rested with friends (4 people) week tour. When choosing, they took into account the location in the city and that it would not be noisy, I wanted peace and tranquility. The staff at the hotel is friendly, hospitable, but not intrusive, they will always prompt, show, and then also ask if everything is ok. Upon check-in, we asked for rooms as close as possible, they heard us, without surcharges. The room has everything you need, incl. hair dryer, safe, refrigerator with water and gas drinks, tea and coffee set. Everything arranged.
Territory. Compact, cozy, but there is where to take a walk due to the sister hotel Arabia, you can use its infrastructure, have lunch, look into the bar, go to the animation, swim in the pool, the beach is also shared.
The beach is good, there is an entry into the water along the sand, but you can immediately go deeper. There are coral islands and many colorful fish. We saw a mute, a surgeon and a bunch of others, but I don’t know the names, there are also hedgehogs. Protective footwear was not used. There was a cool breeze, but there are no complaints here, after all, it is winter, but in the warm season it would be a joy)) You can also have lunch on the beach.

There were almost no comments on nutrition, “almost” this is because I was not an omnivore, but still I was not hungry, all the rest of our company were generally satisfied. As for me, there wasn’t enough fruit, we bought it ourselves, mangoes are just trash, we don’t sell them in supermarkets, they also took them home (30 pounds per kg, these are large 700-800g), strawberries were not impressed, figs are excellent, pomegranates are very sweet without sourness at all .
Animation is not our topic, we are on our own. We walked to the Marina embankment. 20-25 minutes from the hotel, you can of course drive up, there are plenty of taxi drivers, they will take you for a dollar or two. We walked around the Sheraton, there are a ton of shops, exchange offices, McDonald's, there were shops with fixed prices, but mostly bargaining. In addition to walking around the city, we went on excursions, met a wonderful man, an Egyptian, he organized three trips for us: a safari, fishing and El Gouna. Quality, service, attitude are very satisfied, the cost is much lower than in the hotel.
Internet. We don’t count on a hotel one, we bought local Vodafone SIM cards, one per family, they cost around $ 5 for 3 GB, this was still enough and left, and they called relatives, sent pictures and corresponded with a guide, it’s much more convenient when it’s not tied to wi- fi hotel.
We had a good rest, there are small flaws, but not critical, we would return again.
