We rested in Arabella Azur from 11 to 19 April. The experience of staying at the hotel is positive. Network standards make themselves felt. The tour was booked through a little-known operator OnTravel, Ural Airlines. The Service Tour agency once again pleased with its professionalism, service and friendly attitude towards the client, besides, the possibility of paying for the tour with a credit card was a big plus. The meeting party in Hurghada was Lagina Travel. The transfer after receiving the luggage was 20-25 minutes in time. Carry on mini-basses. Guides speak good Russian. Lagina Travel does not have its own info boards at the hotel - information about the time of the return transfer was sent by messenger to the room.

ACCOMMODATION: The hotel is not new, as far as I understand, it was built in the 90th year. The room stock is shabby, but everything worked properly. The area is 20-25 meters. Thanks to the layout of the hotel, there are no views into the fence.

The room had a free minibar with a standard set of cola-fanta-sprite-mineral water for the network, which was replenished every day, as well as an electric kettle, cups, sugar, cream, tea and coffee. Safe at reception. The check-in went quickly - all those who arrived were escorted past the reception in the lobby, brought cocktails, then handed out the keys.
TERRITORY:
The hotel area is not big. Houses made in the Nubian style are intertwined to form a colorful oriental town. The hotel has two large swimming pools, one of which is heated. Each of the pools has a children's section. The hotel is well landscaped.
NUTRITION:
The hotel operates under the All system, but not all restaurants are included in the system.
There are several restaurants on the territory: Grill (main restaurant: breakfast, lunch, dinner), Obba (Italian restaurant: dinner + late dinner), Bordiehn (a la carte restaurant, dinner only, some dishes from the menu are paid), Bier Keller (dinner , snacks are paid), ElKhan bar (early breakfast), Beach bar (grill + snacks for lunch from 15:00 to 15:00), Oasis Poll Bar (pizza + snacks from 15:00 to 18:00). The grills and pizzas at the Beach bar and Oasis Poll Bar are quite tasty.
Breakfast at the Grill restaurant is hearty: pancakes, scrambled eggs, eggs, scrambled eggs, sausages, salads, cucumbers, tomatoes, yogurts, cheese and meat cuts, pastries, cereals, there were no fruits at breakfast. Tea and Nescafe instant coffee are poured from teapots by waiters, although you could just put a coffee maker or thermoses.
You can have a hearty lunch at the Grill and Beach bar, the latter always had several dishes made on the grill, while in the main Grill restaurant only one dish was cooked on the grill. The menu changes thematically every day, the shift is a week.
SERVICE is generally mediocre.
They clean the room well, it is immediately visible on the light tiles. Imposing waiters in the main restaurant take an order for a long time and carry drinks.
ENTERTAINMENT:
Animators in the hotel, whether two or three. During the day, the standard water aerobics, volleyball, boccia, the schedule with pictures is posted in several places - at the Grill restaurant, by the pools and next to the billiard room.

Evening show from 21.00-22.00. Local children's groups are invited. In the hookah tent, a local Arab periodically sings under karaoke.
Hire of masks, fins, snorkels, canoes, catamarans… free of charge.
BEACH: The hotel has two beaches. Reef from the side of the Grand Azur Horizon hotel, entrance to the water from the stairs, immediately deep, close to live corals and many fish. The beach from the side of the Arabia hotel is larger in size, the entrance to the sea is also from the stairs, near the stairs the depth is knee-deep, then the depth gradually increases and at some point you realize that the bottom is not visible under you.
The water of this beach is colder due to the artificially deepened lagoon.
RESULT: Colorful, quiet, charming hotel in oriental style. Due to its architecture it is very specific.
