We rested at the ROYAL PALACE 4 * hotel. from 03/31/10 to 04/07/10. Rested with children The hotel made a great impression on us from the very beginning! We all loved it - from check-in to check-out! The territory is amazing, a lot of greenery is very clean. The pool is amazingly large for adults, and there are also for kids. We had a room with a sea view in the new building / though I had to pay extra /
Snow-white linen and towels, no living creatures - neither flying nor crawling. The water in the sea is clean, transparent, True, the wind bothered a little - half a day upon arrival and before departure, but when there was no breeze, it was stuffy. There were enough sunbeds and space for everyone. The beach is clean, big. The staff everywhere is very friendly, helpful, attentive. The food is wonderful - a huge selection of dishes, even too much! - everything is very tasty and satisfying! There are many fruits and sweets. I liked the animators very much, especially the pleasant and beautiful girl Lena.
From excursions - we went - to a paradise island, my husband really liked the corals, I don’t dive and the island itself didn’t impress me, the children liked the boat trip, although you can see it for a change. I would also like to note the very well-coordinated and organized work of the tour operator - TurTEZ's name is Abdu, everything is on time, no delays, no long waits. We met, escorted and brought to the hotel! Just the same when we left. Just great guys! Only their excursions are expensive, and since there were 4 of us, we had to buy elsewhere where it was cheaper. So we had a great vacation! The only thing that we were very surprised at (after all, we had previously read all sorts of reviews about this hotel on the Internet) - who could not be satisfied with such an abundance in food, living conditions and the attitude of the hotel staff and the tour operator? Is there anything else that might be missing? Next time we are going to this hotel.
