We have been to many hotels of the Albatros chain, but for ourselves we have concluded that from all 5 * this is the worst in terms of food and service. I don't understand, probably all the good reviews are written either by the manager or by the tour operator. Yes, the architecture itself, the design is very beautiful. But having paid money, one design is not enough. How can you call yourself a Citadel Vip hotel if they don't have toilet paper in the rooms, they give 1 shampoo for 2 people. Cups in the room only 1 for 2 people. Water sometimes 1 sometimes 2 bottles. What is it like? Even at Albatros Agua Blu 4* the service is much better. You are simply ignored. No one is responding to your requests. The fan in the toilet makes a terrible noise in the room. Didn't turn off. Sleep was impossible. After 10 complaints they offered a room, old and smelly. How? If you want good food, fruits, then Dana Beach or White Beach is better in Hurghada. Or in Sharm Albatros Aqua Park or Albatros Fun & Sun.
