We rested at the end of November-beginning of December 2012 in Egypt, Hurghada, the Amc Azur hotel (somewhere it is positioned as 4 *, somewhere 5 *). Most likely 4+))) We really liked the hotel! I'll start over. . .
ROOM SELECTION. When we arrived, the reception asked for a room with a sea view. We were sent to dinner and were not promised anything. But when we returned, we were offered 2 rooms to choose from, one with separate beds, the other with one. Since we went with a friend, we chose with separate beds. And another good news for us was that there is no need to wear bracelets!!!
ROOM. The room is clean, cleaned every day. The fridge is constantly replenished with water and Fanta, Sprite and Coca-Cola drinks, all for free. The bed and towels are changed every time, the dust is wiped off, and they even tidied up our bedside tables (they arranged everything neatly), they wash the floors, and they always put things in order in the bathroom. The only thing I didn’t like was the water, it’s impossible to adjust the temperature, you don’t know how to take a shower... but these are trifles)))) Everything was in order in our room! Once the hair dryer broke down and the soap in the dispenser ran out, but there is a card in the room on which you mark what needs to be fixed and hang it on the door. During the cleaning everything was fixed.
SERVICE. On the highest level!! ! It is forbidden for service personnel to flirt and pester vacationers !! ! If at least one complaint is received, the employee is fired (this happened to the girl from the animation, she was rude to the vacationer, the next day she was sent home... although the girl was nice). There is a manager on each floor, he watches how the rooms are cleaned. He came up to us every day and asked if everything was fine and if everything suits us. I've never heard of anyone missing anything! Everywhere there are security guards who monitor the staff, as soon as the guard notices that the staff is flirting, they are immediately slandered.
ANIMATION. Super!! ! Every day they do something. Music always plays during the day, you can hear it well even on the beach. Aqua aerobics, dance classes, competitions - this is a small part of the entertainment during the day. Downstairs there is a disco hall. Every day from 8 pm entertainment for children, from 9 to 10 show program for adults, show concerts, dances or competitions, and on Thursdays there is always karaoke, everyone participates)))) Disco from 10 pm to 2 am, modern music . In the animation, one boy from Egypt, fluent in Russian, takes vacationers to discos and foam parties in the city, he is an escort.
TERRITORY OF THE HOTEL. If you leave the hotel, then the desert is around)) but you can take a taxi and go to the city)) The hotel has three swimming pools. One is for beauty (there are fountains), the second is large for adults with a bar in the pool, you can drink cocktails and eat ice cream (everything is free) without leaving the pool, the third is for children. The only negative of this hotel is the lack of slides. The beach is clean, sandy, there is a pier. The hotel owns 5 catamarans, you can ride them for free, only there is a queue)). There is enough space for everyone on the beach and by the pool. Towels were not stolen from us, although we often left them unattended))). The hotel has a gym, open from 10 to 19, there is always an instructor. On the second floor there is a hookah bar, hookahs for free! , open from 18.00 to 1 am. CHILDREN. Show program for children from 20.00 to 21.00. There is a children's group where you can leave the kids and there the educators take care of them. Nearby for them is a children's swing.
GUIDE and ENTERTAINMENT. We went with a Tez-tour, there was no guide, he was constantly absent... He offered to go on excursions very expensive. Guys walk on the beach and offer to go on excursions at half the price. Don't be afraid to ride with them! They monitor everything, there were no incidents!!!
