I traveled alone with my 7 year old son. The small territory of the hotel is compensated by the beauty of El Gouna as a whole, a very calm, measured rest, there are few Russian speakers, mostly Poles, Belgians, Germans, British. . . The animation is disgusting, they practically don’t take care of children, and all the ads are in English + German, and this despite the fact that 2 girls from Ukraine and one from Russia worked there (in the animation). . after all, they knew perfectly well that we, the Russian-speaking people, existed. . although. . . rest is focused on Europeans. . . The cuisine, by the way, is European, there are spicy dishes, but infrequently and not much. The beach has its own, fenced with nets, small, if you leave, you need to take a minibus for 10-15 minutes (they go often). This beach is shallow for quite a long time, 300 meters to a depth, but the sea is clean. Room service is not bad, but the change of linen is not everyday, they don’t speak Russian, only English. The hotel has expensive shops, many restaurants and bars. In the evenings, there is live music and drinks on the hotel's veranda. Drinks, by the way, until 12 are free. And, as usual, obsessive men, but these are already costs. . . The hotel has a club pool, fenced, where in the evenings there are parties where there are very few people, mostly young Poles. In general, during the trip I was struck by the isolation of the Russians, while the same Poles are trying to help each other and pass information about the hotel, as they say, by word of mouth. . . We came across a disgusting hotel guide, looked once and that’s it, he didn’t have any information about the hotel. . . But in general, pleasant impressions of a relaxing holiday and measured life. . .
