We liked everything in general: good rooms, good breakfasts, excellent spa area, view from the window, coffee maker in the room. And if not for a series of BUT, the score would be 10.
Now about BUT:
1 - why sooooo dirty viewports? Gorgeous view from the 15th floor, but the windows that were washed many years ago are terrible.
2 - the toilet was never washed in our room. It would be more accurate to say that it was washed, but apparently without funds, so, purely with a brush.
3 - "Pleasant" lady in the restaurant, by age she would have passed for a Soviet teacher. The situation that spoiled, to be honest, half of the holiday experience, occurred at breakfast. I must say right away - at breakfast, coffee / tea is brought there by the waiters. There is no coffee machine. you can order - simple tea, coffee in a kettle or cappuccino. During all our breakfasts, it was no problem for the waiters to serve us a cappuccino from the bar and even go for cinnamon. In addition to the Soviet teacher (let's call it that). After asking for a cappuccino, the "sweet" aunt changed her face. Arriving with two cups, she apparently decided to rehabilitate herself a little in her face, and asked us not to come to breakfast in rubber slippers anymore. And it seems to be nothing terrible, we took note, even apologized, but immediately after this a group of men came not only in rubber slippers, but also in white hotel shoes and in front of them she fluttered like a butterfly.
Other than that, the restaurant is perfect. Breakfast is delicious, once we had dinner there and everything was at a very high level.
