Hotel "Old Town Hotel Maestro's - 3 *" we have chosen based on value for money, as well as taking into account the location of the hotel in the heart of the Old Town. The photos posted on the Booking website also made you choose this hotel. com. and the hotel itself. But what we saw in reality, not only did not correspond to the exhibited photos, but simply shocked us. The double twin room on the 5th floor, where we were accommodated, turned out to be an abandoned and musty room, with an old, shabby carpet of dirty gray color and even stained. Bedspreads on the beds, curtains on the windows, upholstery on the chairs were the same sad and dirty color. Suppressed pulled furniture.
The only more or less decent place in the room was the bathroom, but it also had shampoo, normal soap, toothpaste, and instead, apparently for the sake of economy, there was a liquid soap, which acts simultaneously in three guises: as your own soap , shower gel and shampoo.
Thank you, although there was a hair dryer.

The cost of this room for 2 nights was 90E, which could not be justified even by the good location of the hotel, especially in low season.
We paid immediately without looking at the number, which we regretted, because we refused to change the number, promising to "find" such an opportunity only the next day. The mood was spoiled because we arrived in Tallinn for only two days, one of which we had to spend in the barn.
The room was changed the next day, but it differed from the previous one only in size and the presence of several windows, which made the room brighter.
But the same gray shabby carpet did not go anywhere, as well as the overall gloomy picture in gray-dirty colors.
We will never want to stay in this hotel again and we will not recommend it to anyone else, even just for the night. The price of 45 Euros is very high for such shabby "apartments".
Hotels are clearly revising their pricing policies.
I do not rule out that the hotel has high-end rooms and may correspond to the exhibited photos, but the two we had to visit, made a depressing impression.
By and large, we had no complaints against the reception staff. They were polite and tried their best to smooth over the situation, but this, unfortunately, did not change the essence of the problem.
Breakfasts were quite tolerable, even good, which included, among other things, omelets, scrambled eggs and pancakes with cheese.
