Good day! It’s already somehow uncomfortable for me to write about the Hermitage again, but what can you do? I am in Tallinn for the third time, and again in this hotel : ) I can state that the quality of service in the hotel has not deteriorated over the year : ) This time we got a room with a double bed, so I will update the photo gallery : ) From the previously unfinished: in the rooms The "Hermitage" has access to the Internet, at the reception we were given a "lace" to connect to the Network, but we did not need it, because WI-Fi was "discovered" in our room. We stayed at the "Hermitage" for 5 nights (from 1st to 6th January 2010). The service is excellent, the bed is changed every 3 days, a variety of hearty breakfasts, the floor in the bathroom is heated, the maids STOP TAKING TIPS! The only thing that bothered me a little this time was problems with the key card, every day after dinner I had to run to the reception and recode the card, because the doors to the room did not open : ( But everything else is fine. The hotel has a small free garage for guests and guarded free parking - which was very convenient for us, who arrived in our car. Currency was changed at the hotel reception, for some reason in the "Hermitage" there was the most favorable rate among all the nearby exchangers.
Tallinn this time met us with a real New Year's snowfall. It is said that this winter, Estonia experienced a record amount of rainfall in the past 20 years. Road services worked around the clock, every morning we observed cleared road asphalt under our windows, which is fantastic for our Ukrainian roads at this time of the year, and even under such weather conditions.
In the Old Town, large icicles hung on the houses... No, not even icicles, but threatening-looking ICicles, it was scary to walk under them along the narrow streets of Van Tallinn. It is strange that scrupulous Estonians took this problem so lightly, apparently all the forces of the mayor's office were thrown into the fight against snowfall, which did not stop all 5 days of our stay in Estonia.

We had a good, comfortable and informative time: we walked to Kadriorg and Pirita, went by car to Tartu (the second largest city in Estonia, its university capital), "ride" on the ferry to Helsinki (round-trip ticket for three - 102 euros : )
Tallinn is a wonderful city! Come and see for yourself! : )
I wish you all pleasant travels and bright impressions! : )
