My story about this hotel will be short, since we stayed at the L`Ermitage hotel for just one night as part of the Tallinn-Stockholm-Tallinn tour (tour operator Let's Rest!!! , Kiev). Therefore, I can’t to appreciate the quality of room cleaning, the frequency of changing towels, the variety of breakfasts and other "little things" that usually decorate or overshadow the life of tourists in hotels : ) It was because of my short stay there that I gave the hotel a "four".
Hotel "L`Ermitage" is located in the center of Tallinn, a 10-minute walk from Vyshgorod - part of the old town, where the Toompea Palace and Alexander Nevsky Cathedral are located. The tiny hotel rooms are cozy and tastefully furnished, the room has a safe with a digital lock, the rental of the safe is included in the room price. The rooms are non-smoking - this is indicated by a small leaflet on the table in front of the mirror. The only drawback of the rooms in "L`Ermitage" I think is the lack of balconies, especially since balcony doors are designed there instead of windows - psychologically I just want to "go out" : ) I was pleasantly pleased with the complete correspondence of our room to the photos posted on the hotel website, however, among the rooms there are different "variations", our fellow travelers, for example, got a room in light green colors and with a shower, and not with a bath like ours : ) The staff at the hotel is friendly. That, in general, is all I can say about the hotel, then look at the pictures : )
I really liked Tallinn itself. The impression of this city could not be interrupted either by a ferry trip or even a tour of Stockholm. Although "the taste and color... ", but personally I will come here again with pleasure, if there is such an opportunity : ) I will not write in detail about Tallinn, because there is enough detailed information on the Internet. I will only note that smokers will experience some discomfort, since there is an active fight against smoking in Estonia - here they are "ahead of all of Europe" you will get an invoice with the “environmental fee” included, and go to grocery supermarkets with a passport, because when buying alcohol at the checkout you will be asked for an “identity card” (I personally had a precedent, for the first time in my life I had to prove that I “twice for fifteen years ": )) By the way, alcoholic drinks in local stores are sold only until 10 p. m. , but all these restrictions do not prevent local and especially visiting young people from getting drunk at night and rowdy at two in the morning on the old streets of the city, and smoking rules apparently change a lot with the onset of twilight; )

Souvenirs. The euro exchange rate at the time of my stay in Tallinn was approximately equal to 15 Estonian kroons, the Vanna Tallinn liqueur can be bought for 110-150 kroons, the Kaanu Kuk liqueur (red with sugar crystals) - 225-250 kroons, a fridge magnet - - 45-70 kroons (I bought one for as much as 110 kroons - it was painfully beautiful : )), a small box of marzipans in the Kalev brand store at 16 Pikk Street can be bought for 45 kroons.
I hope this information will be useful to someone : )
