Booked and paid for a room for three adults and a child. For a number of reasons, one of the adults canceled the trip at the last moment. When they began to go to bed they found only TWO sets of bed linen. At the Reception we were promised that the missing kit will be brought to us. at 11 pm, without waiting for an additional set, they took the child to sleep with them.
At night, behind the door, an obscure noise and a call at the door at 2 am. - opened Nobody. In the morning in the hall I find two broken palm trees. The door to our room, the railing, the floor in the elevator are spattered with blood on the floor of the first floor there is a bloody towel.
