Terrible front desk people! They absolutely do not know the Russian language, or they pretended to be! We were put in a non-smoking room without asking (then they still overpowered us). The rooms are all the same, in principle, quite tolerable. It is better to take a room with windows facing the courtyard (because there is a night club or a casino near the hotel), then peace and quiet is guaranteed.

The only hotel that populates tourists according to the rules: check-in after 14:00 (we were lucky, we were settled at 12:30, thanks to the efforts of a local Estonian). Everyone with whom we traveled on the bus to Tallinn were settled in hotels upon arrival! The only thing that really pleased me: the room was cleaned, bed linen was changed every day. Breakfast is good, lots of choice! The room has a hairdryer, a computer with Internet access (for which a separate fee).
