Stayed at the Laulasmaa Hotel in July-August 2013. The hotel is located on the beach, surrounded by pine trees. Approximately 40 km from Tallinn. If they say that Tallinn is only half an hour away, don't believe it! It takes 40-45 minutes by taxi to the center, by minibuses about an hour, they also have to keep the speed, but here in the settlements the permissible speed is 50 km per hour, so it even takes longer, and even stops, the driver issues tickets.
This hotel is good to be with kids, the climate is not hot. Or retirees. Or for those who want to spend a very relaxing holiday, no one is especially happy here, and there is nowhere to go at all.
It would be even more paths in the park for walking, generally good.

I liked the pool and baths. There are six baths here, of different temperatures and types. I was not only in the hottest, I liked the rest. They are small but comfortable. The pools are different too. There is only one drawback - pools and baths can be visited by local residents (I'm not against local residents), it's just that once there were so many of them, some organization drove in that it was impossible to get anywhere. It was also unpleasant when they entered the pool directly with a glass of beer. Unfortunately, there were no restrictions.
As for food, it's ok! Breakfasts are good, dinners - I personally lacked vegetables (not salads dressed with mayonnaise), but I could always find something to eat. It is a pity that there was no refrigerator in the room, but that was tolerable.
The towels in my room were not changed for the first few days, even those that were lying on the floor. As it turned out later, I did not have one. Just don't trample those towels. Bathrobes at the Spa Hotel were changed only once in two weeks. I maintained the cleanliness in the room, not the maids. Yes, the maids do not greet hotel guests at all, in whatever language you address them, this is again not my only impression. But with towels and maids, I sort of figured it out. But what about a non-working air conditioner. Maybe somehow warn future tourists when booking rooms. I chose an air-conditioned room. I had a choice - a room with or without air conditioning, I booked a room in advance, so I could choose a room cheaper. At the time of my stay was warm weather and warm nights. The sun was in the room in the evenings. The room was stuffy, the open balcony did not help. But the air conditioner did not work and no one was going to fix it, maybe everything would have gone well, but then it became warm and I was in this room. Moreover, I am sure that the air conditioner did not work even before my arrival. To all my appeals to the administration - I was “fed with breakfast”, and no one even thought to apologize! All this continued until I wrote to the travel agency that arranged my trip, thanks to them for intervening and helping! The air conditioner seemed to be repaired, but it worked more like a fan, it’s good that by that time the evening temperature was already lower. The hotel formally apologized to me, leaving a note on the table and a gift in the form of cosmetics (however, everything is simple and formal, and let's forget about it, I don't think this characterizes the hotel positively), about the difference in paying for a room with air conditioning and without anyone and does not say, they left me a present.
Another jamb from the hotel was on the eve of my departure. I already thought not to pay attention - the poorly working air conditioner, well, it works like a fan, maybe it’s better on other floors, but it’s impossible to stay in the room on the fourth floor on a sunny day in the evening and try to relax, but they ruined my day before leaving. I decided to take a walk in Tallinn before leaving on August 3. They call on my mobile (the international call turned out) and say that my stay at the hotel is closed on August 2 (in fact, until August 4). I was already discharged and they wanted to put other tourists in the room, and I could only leave the next day, they blocked my key. We are trying to figure it out over the phone. The conversation was incomprehensible, the meaning of the conversation was why I was still at the hotel, because according to some program in their computer, they evicted me, returning back. I understood what happened. I took additional procedures at the hotel, they were recorded in my room. I decided to pay the bill in advance - on August 2, so that on the eve of departure on the 3rd, not to think about it and calmly walk around Tallinn, and not solve financial issues. Together with the closure of the account, I was evicted from the hotel, without looking at the date of departure (this is how I paid for my commitment). Why was it necessary to pull me, to call, but simply not to carefully check the documents. It's all about unprofessionalism!

Now about the procedures - I tried a lot, and underwater massage, and different paraffin, and a salt room - everything is fine. Now just about the massage. I had eight massages and at the same time seven different masseurs. One of them is an outright hack, the other, I'm afraid, has harmed me. At the same time, both of the latter made contradictory diagnoses. The latter tried to determine my profession, but apparently, her education was only enough for a construction specialty and a kindergarten teacher. It would be better if they did their job in silence. There is no sense in such a course of massage, I think. Hands must be alone. It turns out that we pay for the service, but we cannot influence the fact that it will be provided to us in a quality manner. I am sure that the wrong policy is to change masseurs. Since we pay for procedures, travel companies must influence the quality of the services provided!
It seems that it is beneficial for the hotel to deal not with such tourists who come for a long time, but with those who come for the weekend - they are less demanding, and they do not have time to face all the problems, and they do not care about cleanliness so much!
In general, even the sea, pines and air could not overshadow the problems with the hotel and its employees. Sorry for the bad review, but that's how it is.
