Since this was our first trip to the Dominican Republic, we chose both the place and the hotel very carefully. And, in general, I think you guessed it.

The main disadvantage of the trip was the flight itself. He, of course, has nothing to do with the hotel, but guys, think 1000 times before flying with Azur Air. There are so few seats on the plane that even with a height of 164 cm it was very uncomfortable for me and the flight seemed like an eternity!

We were at the hotel at 9 o'clock, they issued us, they told us which room, but, unfortunately, no one settled until 16-00. We offered $ and went to check, the room was indeed being cleaned at 15-00. The thing is that because of the coronovirus, they populate only 60% of the rooms. We arrived after the weekend. On the weekends, a lot of people are settled there and they really do not have time to prepare the rooms.

Rooms. Spacious, new, well cleaned and no tip. The bar is replenished regularly.

The rooms are not mega cool, but quite normal, without stains, breakages and shabby furniture. It was a little strange to see some kind of all-in-one liquid in the bathroom - shampoo and shower gel. I'm still used to the fact that there are more cosmetics in 5 *. Although, I always use only my own))

Nutrition. Let me tell you, it's all relative. In general, the choice is large and varied. Meat, fish, seafood, sushi, fruits (a lot of mangoes and sweet watermelon and pineapple, the rest is so-so), various cheeses, desserts and much more. There are restaurants besides the main one. We tried the Asian one - nothing special. In general, there are plenty to choose from. You definitely won't be hungry. We were fine. We met our compatriots who were simply delighted with the restaurants. So, to each his own.

In bars, well, honestly, the standard swill. Little alcohol. The taste is diluted.

Territory. Big, well-groomed, green, beautiful. There is a water park. We didn't go there, so I won't say anything.
There are 3 swimming pools with bars. Moreover, in the pools you can stay around the clock.

Beach. Well, very handsome! There are waves and it's cool! Sometimes a strong wind blows from the ocean. For 2 weeks it was 3 times. We had to go to the pools - there it is not noticeable at all. There was little algae and they were removed every morning. I didn't like how close the sun loungers were to each other. This is strange, given the large beach and the situation with the pandemic. Sellers of souvenirs, clothes, glasses walk along the beach, but they are not intrusive.

Staff. The restaurant - very slow and $ still does not save. But, that's their mentality. They are nimble at the bars - the crowd obliges. In general, management staff is good. All issues are resolved quickly. They helped us with the safe to deal with the balcony door. We had an emergency, I injured my leg in the ocean, so we were moved to the first floor, to the nearest room to restaurants and pools, without $ and any questions.
In the evenings, the theater hosts entertainment programs. They were not even bad and did not repeat in 2 weeks.

Wi-fi is available throughout the property and is quite good. But, keep in mind that you can only connect 1 gadget per person.


Excursions were ordered on the Internet from Republica Pro. Much cheaper than Anex offered, also with Russian-speaking guides, very rich and interesting.
