A very atmospheric and colorful hotel in its segment of budget hotels in Punta Cana. The first thing that made me smile was the original entrance in the reception area. Contrary to logic, the reception is located not at the entrance to the complex, but in its very center, and before you go to check-in, you will have to drive past parking lots, a football field, a disco and some kind of bike rental point. Next to the reception there is a lobby bar where you can have a refreshing drink while waiting for check-in, then a second dash through souvenir shops and an exotic mangrove jungle garden, and you find yourself in the halo of the hotel guests. Despite the fact that the rooms are not new, they are quite comfortable and have everything you need (well, except for a coffee machine, however, we had a standard room) There are enough towels, there are bathroom amenities, a stocked mini-bar. Everything is standard in it: water in assortment, beer, snacks, etc. The territory of the hotel is large, well-groomed and adjacent to the neighboring Caribe Princess. The hotel complex has a very good location - its own access to a beautiful beach with white sand and clear water, through which you can walk to neighboring hotels, by the way. There is enough space on the beach and at any time you can find a comfortable place to relax. The animation around the pool is surprisingly quiet and unobtrusive, the hotel can be safely attributed to the "family", suitable for a relaxing, quiet holiday. True, in my opinion, after 6-7 days of staying in it it becomes boring and we decided to diversify our leisure time and started looking for excursions. They took two: to Saona and a trip to Santo Domingo. They decided to take the first one from the local 2 bananas, the second from the tour operator, and compare. The attitude and the program were more liked by the locals, especially the fact that we did not gather tourists for half a day in all the hotels, small groups with which it is much easier to move around and contact than with the crowd. We wanted to visit a couple more places, but then we decided to enjoy the beach to the fullest. As for food at the hotel, it presents Dominican, Brazilian and European cuisines. There is a snack bar overlooking the ocean, and a buffet right on the beach where you can have breakfast in the morning, in the main buffet restaurant with a good daily menu, Brazilian and local restaurants, they also inform guests at check-in about the possibility of visiting some restaurants and bars of the neighboring hotel, but We were quite satisfied with the food at our hotel. Actually, as well as offered in a bar) Thus, in a relatively low price category, the hotel has a number of advantages, such as an excellent beach, a calm and friendly atmosphere for relaxation, fascinating own flora and fauna, and decent food. On our next visit to the Dominican Republic, we will probably see something else, although we do not exclude the possibility of returning.
