Ужасный отель!!! Terrible hotel!!!

To everyone who is going to spend a lot of money, I suggest you think carefully before buying a ticket to the most disgusting hotel! To begin with, we paid for the diamond club concept, which means nothing at all! Dedicated beach and bar, that's all you get for the black bracelet! In order,
1) We arrived at the hotel at 14:00 and settled us only at 15:00, they said that there were no rooms ready.
2) Food is hell. Every day is almost the same thing, rice, pork, not many vegetables and terrible fish in batter, one soup, 2 types of pizza and french fries (((But it was even worse on weekends when the locals came, everything that was listed earlier was cooked so disgusting that I had to survive with bananas and purchased cookies from the store

3) The number of rooms - old, dead rooms, with poor ventilation and eternal breakdowns. On the first day, a piece of plaster fell off the ceiling in the shower. On the fourth day, the ventilation stopped working and water began to drip from the ceiling in the middle of the night, the humidity was such that all things were wet, documents in the safe. The fifth day, we were moved to a room with a broken lock! They called the master, who climbed into the room through the balcony, as he could not open the door from the outside.
4) The staff - as if they got it yesterday from the garbage heap! Illiterate, lazy, not polite people! There are no smiles to speak of! When asked to bring tea, they say: no tea!! ! They do not listen to requests, defiantly leave, wave their hands (so that they are left behind). The customer service is absolutely disgusting! On the 6th day, we rented a room at the Hard Rock Hotel, packed our suitcase and tried to leave, but then a surprise awaited us. The security began to tell us that we should cut off our bracelets because we were leaving somewhere with our suitcases, they tried to explain that we would be back, that we were not leaving, that we still had things in the room. They started to grab a suitcase, they called someone, they didn’t let them get into a taxi! We left pillows at the reception when checking in, they said that we would pick them up at check-out, the day of departure - there are no pillows. Know hev b... they say !!!
5) CIS tourists are treated worse than the rest. The most terrible building, refusals to let in restaurants.
I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!!! ! To be understanding, I am an experienced tourist, I have already visited quite a few countries, I was in the Dominican Republic for the 3rd time! Previously visited Rio Republic, Hard rock! It's a shame to fly 12 hours, pay for 5 * and get that's all! The level of the hotel is 3 *, I would even say the average Thai triple!
