We stayed in March 2018. HORRIBLE hotel! Old rooms, everything breaks in the rooms - doors, furniture, plumbing, you constantly have to ask for something to be repaired.
The terrible attitude of the staff towards the Russians, it is impossible to interrogate the waiters, when we nevertheless managed to catch the waitress and ask for tea, her indignation knew no bounds - she did not put cups and saucers on the table, but practically threw them. Bartenders serve with such unfriendly faces that you can choke on their cocktails from such negativity.
But the MOST TERRIBLE is the arrivals of an unrealistic amount of inadequate American youth, which will turn your vacation into hell. THEIR CROWD!! ! These youngsters get drunk and behave like pigs, yelling, running around the hotel, it is impossible to sleep at night. Apparently, the hotel management is so greedy that it does not care about the interests and comfort of its guests, populating the hotel to the eyeballs with crowds of American youth who came for one purpose - to get drunk. CHOOSE ANOTHER HOTEL, OTHERWISE YOUR HOLIDAY WILL BE DISAPPEARED!
